Gajar ka Halwa Recipe by Delicious Pakistani Cuisine:

Ingredients:
Carrot 1 kg
Milk 1 liter
Cardamom seeds 2-3
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee ¾ cup
Mixed dry nuts as required
Procedure:
- Take milk in a wok and heat it on high flame.
- Cook until the water dries, and milk will turn into dry milk (khoya)
- In another wok put grated carrots.
- Add cardamom seeds, milk, sugar, and mix it well.
- Cover & cook on medium heat.
- Cook until the carrots become tender.
- Then cook the carrots until the water dries.
- Add ghee into carrots and mix it well.
- Add mixed dry nuts and mix it well.
- Keep some khoya and nuts for garnishing.
- Add cooked carrots into the dry milk (khoya).
- Mix it well and cook it for a few more minutes.
- Garnish it with dry nuts.
Gajar ka Halwa is ready to serve.
