Riot, a new york based band, east coast true heavy metal band, with shredding guitars, beautiful heavy metal riffs and harmonies with killer high vocals, this band should have been as renown as judas priest, iron maiden, dio, king diamond, helloween, gamma ray,,cause these guys are original and very very powerful heavy metal band,,Mark Reale you are forever missed in my heart and the metal gods have awaited you with open arms brother, miss you and much respect!
What a feat!? It is just about unheard of. All the other high-pitched's of 20 years ago are either completely lost or barely managing a simplified, safe version of their own work. Provided the whole band has tuned down a seminote or two in the mean time... He was insane back in 1990, as is apparent on TH-cam. To be almost his own equal today... And he's gotten that extra edge and warmth in the lower register as well. Not that you can tell on this video!!

One of my favorite bands in high school. Privilege of Power is still one of my favorites. I never had a chance to see them live and obviously that won't happen now. Thanks for the upload of this amazing song.
UN-FUCKING-BELIEVABLE!!! Tony Moore sounds even better than 20 years ago, and he's hitting all the high notes dead on!! I've always loved the Thundersteel and the Privilege album. Tony, you're the greatest!!!!
Everything's incredible about this song - especially that there doesn't seem to exist an "official" live version? Not even on the LiJ disc, IIRC? One of their heaviest offerings, and what a live performance - 20 years on. OTOH, a pity it was only recorded by Smartphone, OTOH great it was recorded AT ALL. It would have deserved a professional live recording with this line up - IMHO one of their best songs ever, and it was my instant favourite on PoP. Shine on !

yo creo q esta vez con toda la movida mediatica ,internet etc riot finalmente va a salir del under y va a ser reconocido como se merecen.!en la pagina de mark reale hay unos reportajes super copados y tony habla acerca de como van a publicitar y vender su disco dicen q van a revolucionar la forma actual.
todavia recuerdo como escuche de privilege of power.yo tenia muchos discos de riot,y en esa epoca estaba en argentina en el gimnasio habia un metalero y me dijo como no tenes the privilege of power?no te podes llamar metalero.jajaja y me fui al otro dia a comprar el disco.
The other high-pitched metal singers have lost their voice because of all the touring they've done over the years. Moore quit Riot after Privilege of Power and had the chance to rest his voice for about 20 years. It's logical that he's got an advantage. It's an amazing performance nonetheless.

moore es el ultimo vocalista metalico!!espero q haga escuela y las bandiytas pedorras q pululan por ahi empiecen a estudiar las voces como enb los 80.
