    Ingredients:
    2 slices of bread
    1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
    1-2 slices of cheese (such as cheddar, mozzarella, or your preferred variety)
    1-2 cups of mixed vegetables (such as cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, lettuce,
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Optional: 1-2 tablespoons of chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or cilantro)
    Instructions:
    1. Lay the slices of bread on a clean, flat surface.
    2. Spread a layer of mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
    3. Place one or two slices of cheese on one slice of bread, depending on your preference.
    4. Add a layer of mixed vegetables on top of the cheese.
    5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
