I love how literally every other checkpoint is piss easy to get to but the very last one at the top of the tower is the one where like 98% of players fail the run. It's like the first few checkpoints give you a glimmer of faith only to have the last one drop you back down to reality like how Rais fell from his tower.
That's why I gave up

dude, i friking needed this so much, i've been tryng this 4 like 2 years and its soooo anying and recently i started to play online with a stranger, realy cool guy, and we were tryng this. Perfect timing. Edit: thanks so much, i friking got it! I discovered that the GREcipie is not registered as a potion so u can use it.
On nightmare only or normal mode as well?

It took me over a hundred attempts (I'm sure) to get this, spread out over about a year. This video is FANTASTIC. I hope anybody who hasn't achieved this yet comes across your guide first and saves going through meltdowns of frustration. Your guides are absolutely superb in every respect, I don't know what could be done better.
This is literally gonna give me an aneurysm. I don’t know if it’s the imprecision of a control pad or that I’m just awful, but this is driving me insane.

edit : also, i always play on normal, and i used eggnog at the beginning before i started the first checkpoint and it didnt fail me, and then i drank one during the run, and it still didnt fail me, so eggnog works
Yeah, event potions like eggnog and pumpkin boosters work on normal from what I've been told.

In challenges (on most games) with ridiculously tight timing, every frame of animation works against you. I love how you explain the areas to minimize those, giving you more time on that damn tower at the end! Plus you give an excellent route up the tower! Thanks to your guide, I got it on my SECOND RUN! (the 1st one, I didn't finish the tower.) It only took two tries because I found this video and saw how hard it was, BEFORE I started trying this frustrating challenge. Otherwise I would have failed several times, then looked for help, lol.
I don't know if you still read these, but I have to say, "Thank You, Man!". You saved me some more years taken off my life, because the stress of repeatedly failing another 'ripping my hair out' challenge in a game!

Got the dagger after 10-15 trys on PC, I dont have an issue with you bounty at all, but holy crap the walk of shame back to the start is painful.

thanks for posting this, this video was my introduction to the kuai dagger and after watching this video (2 attempts later) i got the dagger, i did it in hard mode w the night hunter booster so that helped alot
I almost made it by myself but then I opened the chest instead of running onto it, haha. Probably took me longer to learn your method than to just try again, but now I can farm it very consistently using your tips and tricks. So thanks a lot! I recently started this game and having a lot of fun. Can't wait for Dying Light 2!

For the record, Eggnog works even on normal. its not considered a "potion" with a different icon

Got it with 1 sec left. Played on nightmare, drank speed potion, and climbed the building vertically. I did my best along with these; still got it barely. This is the hardest quest in the game..

For me it was the bench that was most annoying bro it cost me about 10 seconds on each run and then runners kept messing it up but i finally did it after 2 hours and is worth it thank you.

One thing with the tic tac climb is that when you look at the wall without looking up you can actually climb up the last part with the tic tac, like you could've done at 12:27, you don't need to jump from that railing to get to the top of that building if you do it like that. I've tested this many times, you can only do it when you look at the wall without looking up at all.

If you still struggling with this bounty, get the night hunter booster first, and then get the pyza suit, and do it in nightmare so then you can use the booster, and follow his path, you’ll be good

also after you get your first kuai dagger, if you do it again make sure you are holding the kuai dagger because every time you do a agility move it gives you a small speed boost and i think it can be stacked up to 10 times

Thanks for the guide. I gave up after 3 hours. I could never get past the 3rd zipline because i always missed grabbing it 9/10 but if i did make it past, i would always fail in the tic tac section. Thanks anyways
Even if this is a year old i needed this tutorial so much
First, I love you for this. Secondly, at least for me, I found it a lot easier to tic tac on the side of the building onto the canopy instead of the bench.
That's also a valid way to go up. Honestly, I should've gone through multiple methods of climbing the apartment block because that's where people seem to struggle the most.

If im not mistaken the climb animation trigger is camera dependant. Use that 'exploit' pretty much everywhere.
