Spirit Pond, this simply being one drop of comment in the pond of this video, but anyways. I am suffering from a tension stemming from emotions stuxk in my shoulder that I am working on releasing. It goes all ther way up to the neck, forehead, nose and into the jars. After thr session, I fell asleep sitting and after waking up I could feel how it has loosened and while doing so, I could hear these great knacking sounds of unknotting in my jaws and neck. I am so grateful. Thank you very much. Gonna repeat this one.🙏 Be blessed.
