- Join me for an especially gentle healing and ASMR session as I channel the Divine Love of Reiki to help alleviate sadness and depression, bringing comfort and peace. With intermittent rainfall and the clicking of my rings, I whisper words of strength and encouragement, reminding you that you are never alone, you are whole, and you are so very loved.
Reiki connects all of us on an energetic level, as it is the purest form of unconditional Love. It comes to us from Source, easily flowing through screens and into our hearts as it knows no limits of time and space. All you have to do is allow this love to come into your life, for your highest good, and you will begin to feel its benefits. Feel free to watch as many times as you like, this healing will always be here for you.

I don’t understand why when I watch this I start laughing for no reason. I’m not doing it out of disrespect but it just feels like something that is suppressed and wants to come out. It is actually very healing to laugh during this for some reason like I’m letting go of the negative energy and sadness I’m not laughing because I think this is funny but the laughter just heals my sadness. Is this normal?

2023 sucked. Can't find a decent counselor. Or therapist because most of them are involved political practices. I need a job and dealing with toxic people is making me feel depressed. :( Its bad when you live in a small town when no one cares.
