Healing Your Inner Child | Reiki ASMR

This powerful Reiki ASMR session will send healing and loving energy to your inner child. Whether you are recovering from trauma, emotional wounds, or want to connect more deeply with your inner child, this energy healing session will help facilitate the connection and send Divine and unconditional love to him or her.
As you experience this healing, visualize your inner child and see them being infused with this loving energy. See them happy and full of joy and hold that image in your heart as you breathe and meditate along with the session. You can also revisit a traumatic memory or experience that your child self endured, and focus on the energy being sent to them during that time, which will bring you powerful healing in the present moment. Reiki energy is not bound by our laws of time and space, and will flow effortlessly to your child self just as easily as it flows over distance. I will gently guide you through this process, ensuring that your child self receives the love and healing that they need.

I need to add this...childhood trauma was intense at times. One way i coped was by leaving my body. Even at 6,I somehow figured out how to do it.
