for a short amount of tracks like all of the Spamton-related songs it's just about perfect- I think what they'd often be used for is voice recordings since they're small and don't need to fit more than, say, one college lecture's worth of content in it

i made an unofficial deltarune chapter 2 cassette release, with a lot of full art work and all just as a joke to give to my friend, i used to own a tape duplication thing,. so the joke tapes looked like you might find instore. i love what you did here

The equalization's off compared to the originals, but I suppose that comes with the low-fidelity nature of microcassettes. Regardless, this is pretty neat; the crustiness is very on-brand for Spamton.
@@ASmolBoy you have a point, simple EQ and a couple processing tricks or a vintage recorder VST and you have a cassette sound, but it’s not as nice as knowing it’s coming from a legit analogue cassette like this.
