If you don't have the option to make a level 30 character when you go to "select a character" then I have no idea unfortunately. That's just what worked for me when I was doing this. Something I forgot to mention is that you won't have access to Claptrap's stash. You also spawn in with skins.
Is there a way to access claptraps stash after beating the talon of god mission? I actually came here trying to figure out if you knew, lol. I hope you reply, and the only thing I can think of is going into true vault hunter mode
Ok, so I have gotten what was the problem of No "create 30 level character" You have to have Commander Lilith DLC. (On epic Games its still not out yet, so You can't create it yet)
I know it´s an old vid, but I would also mention that completing the main story line will bump up all the side quest to lvl 30 (or 35, dunno now), which is worth it for the stuff from them.
So this starts you off basically at the end of Normal mode? So if I wanted to play a class I never did, skip the first 30 levels, beat talon of god and play TVHM fresh and subsequently UVHM and any number of resets of UVHM, it will work?
I realize its a dumb question but, are they permanent? If I decide to make a lvl 30 siren for example, could I just not do the dlc but still be able to use her with friends?
My other channel* lol Yeah you can. There's a fast travel behind you when you spawn in. It spawned me in front of the door to the Lilith DLC. You can do whatever you want
Just remember if you do this you wont get the bonus Luck Loot relic. A quick workaround i think is transfer the relic from a new normal save to your 30

This option was there after I got the last Borderlands 2 DLC. Lol I think someone just got emotional because they couldn't figure it out. The only hacking like thing I've done is duping or a friend dropped me weapons he made on a program. Stuff literally so many players do. However I haven't ever done anything to manipulate the game. This looks cool. Getting the Sloth with the mission to get the Moxxie weapon too sounds wild. I would love to see a run-down of all of the gear for every character. Believe it or not I can't find any videos or pages for this at all even now.

Just started going through with a boosted character after my original play through, is there a way to unlock Rakkaholic anonymous to get a rubi, once you start up the boosted character or is it forever locked until tvhm with the character?
You can, all it does is progress story missions, not side-missions. Though IIRC you can't find Mordecai until you complete "The Talon of Gods" quest since he's needed for that.

After the beginning cutscene the door unlocks and you can go to the bottom floor of the crimson raiders HQ

If so the gear is randomized upon creation. I actually spawned in holding a Hive launcher once lol

I had to beat the game and access it in True Vault Hunter Mode.

Unfortunately no. Luckily they start you at the end so you can get True Vault Hunter Mode started quickly.
