- HOW TO Sound like Slash - with UAD Plugins & Harley Benton
Here's my 2nd Video of getting a Tone as close as possible with a budget of 600 Bucks. Due to heavy demand its of course - SLASH !!!
So I used my @HarleyBentonOfficial SC-550 Paradise Flame which is 250$.
Second piece is a @FriedmanAmplification BE 100 Plugin from @UniversalAudio (Brainworx) which is 149$.
I choose this One over a Marshall cause it has that modded Sound already in it, plus the C45 Mod is what Slash uses also a lot in the Studio!!!
Another very important piece is the Ownhammer Impulse Response Pack - for this Demo I used their new (r)Evolution Marshall Cab IR's - they are really awesome and for a long time now my go to Cab IR's!!! Last but not least I used the UAD Pultec HLF, the Neve 1081 & the 1176 Limiter. All together its round about 600$ ;)

@@MartinFrydas 2 for the moment BM-75 (always loved Brian May's red special design) and TE-30 with some modifications. Though I haven't used it in ages. My main is a Fender MIM strat.
So sad they stopped making the BM-75 - but I luckily own one also 😁 As a Tele I got the TE-70 Black Paisley... fat neck but I like it 😎🤘
@@MartinFrydas Actually Thomann has them back in stock. In fact the BM-75 is is the newest in my collection. I saw the Black Paisley a few times in your vids looks nice.

Hi! Thank you 🙏 of course you can ;) I wanted to track the DI Guitar with no latency (headphones) so I engaged „Arm“ in LUNA - but because of that you get quite a fair amount of latency with 3rd party Plugins while tracking. So I used UAD plugins for real time tracking and disengaged them after tracking. In the mixing Progress i also disengaged ARM Feature to load the 3rd party plugin (Pulse) and have no latency. I could load these plugins into the DI Track but it would have be boring for the audience to see me searching those. So I created a new track with them all loaded already. Hope you understand?
