We did Primer for our Pre-Kindergarten year this past year and it was a big hit. Happy memories!

I loved this video! My son turns 5 at the end of August and he is currently working on Christian light k2 as well! I also plan to add in math with confidence in the fall and resume the 100 lessons as well. I would love to see a review on explore the code. I have heard many great things about it.

I have used and loved many of these for my Kindergarteners through the years! My baby just finished Kinder. Bittersweet.

So many good picks! It’s so bittersweet for our babies to get older.☺️❤️

We haven’t tried Christian light kindergarten!!! We are using TGTB and AAR and raking our time!!! This is my first kid I’m fully teaching to read and I’m loving that she’s doing better than her old siblings!!! Our public school taught sight words and no phonics so my older kids needed to learn to break down words!!! They still have issues and need help!!! We are thinking of using level 1 MWC after she’s finished kindergarten math as I feel like it may be better for her than TGTB!!! I have a older kid who struggles with math and using MVC as she’s had to go back to some basics after finishing TGTB math 6 and it’s helping her!!!

I hope you love CLE kindergarten, flipping through it, it definitely seems perfect for my little guy! I agree, teaching phonics based reading is so much better in the long run than a sight word based program.. a good mix of the two is perfect!
