    You can tell Rob is a decent person who was manipulated by someone he thought was a friend.

      Ben Exactly. Robert considered OJ a best friend, somebody he had been close to for 20+ years. People seem to think that Robert was trash, that he was trying to get a murderer acquitted for payment or fame...bullshit. At the start he did fight diligently for his friend, but once OJ's guilt became obvious it became a nightmare for Robert. People seem to always forget that he knew Nicole and cared for her almost as much as he did for OJ. His distressed reaction to the verdict showed how badly he didn't want to be standing there.

His clients owned many movie theaters on the west coast and we were trying to get them to play country music trivia on screens between movies. Kardashian’s mouth dropped open in complete shock, when they found him not guilty. Even F Lee Bailey looked dumbstruck. I think it’s karma that half the defense team is dead. Johnny Cochran was no idiot. He knew OJ was guilty. They all did. Their little DNA/blood evidence weasel lawyer may have convinced the dumbasses on the jury that all the evidence was tainted, but Kardashian knew it wasn’t. That was the biggest circus I’ve ever watched in my entire life. Nobody on the LAPD was conspiring against Simpson. They didn’t need a conspiracy. They had enough evidence to convict 20 people. One of the worst feelings in life is realizing that someone you’ve loved, supported, and stood by has betrayed you. It’s crushing and makes you question yourself over and over again. That said, I’d still rather be the person who is loyal, loving and caring than the betrayer. I hope that Robert Kardashian found peace and forgiveness within himself before he sadly died.

      Will the way DNA is collected can degrade it. Putting it into plastic containers causes it to decompose. That’s what Fungs partner did at Bundy when the crime scene was fresh. This doesn’t change DNA to someone else’s, it just degrades it. She didn’t collect the evidence two weeks later. The blood was sitting on paintwork...right? You do realise that paint, as well as most foods, and cleaning products, contain EDTA. I put it to you that there is no evidence you can point to that absolutely proves anything was planted. You can’t. Even the defense team couldn’t. If they couldn’t, I doubt you can.

      I'm not so certain. I remember watching one of the many documentaries about this case and it came about that someone very close to OJ (most likely Kardashian) had asked Bill Wasz to follow Nicole around and offered money to kill her. This came from Bill Wasz himself. Whilst Wasz was a criminal (drug dealer and addict) himself and could have been looking to cash in on the OJ case, it became very clear that he was telling the truth as they got LAPD detective Burt Luper to compare his handwriting to the handwriting in a notebook found in Paula Barbieri's car about Nicole's movements shortly before her murder and there was a match. Also Bill Wasz was arrested for stealing Paula's car. From a 1998 email from an anonymous whistleblower. This email was later confirmed as genuine. "On about January 14th Bill Wasz met Robert Kardashian at his Encino home. At this meeting Kardashian offered Wasz $15000 if he would kill Nicole with a .25 caliber bullet to the head. Robert Kardashian also told Wasz he was to steal {O.J.'s then-lover} Paul Barbieri's car and use it during the murder."

      I'm pretty sure it has to do with wealth and lack of talent. Kardashian Sr took the wealth he inherited and went to school, and then became a lawyer. He chose to work hard and make a legit career. It's the choices we make to give purpose to our lives that define us and make a difference in the world. Or one can just make a sex tape, get a shitty reality show and marry a douche who spends money like water. Wasted life. No drive to improve themselves.

    • @lilykhan3193
      @lilykhan3193 8 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      timrhicks1234 That may be your opinion but it's not a very intelligent one. Perhaps you've been living under a rock and haven't heard of the Kardashian Clothing, Beauty or Hair lines, or the 13 different TV shows, their DASH clothing stores in multiple locations, their perfumes or Kim's video game? They've created so many business ventures so if anything, they're 100% successful and real business women.
      It takes brains to open your own business so at least don't be ignorant enough to sit there and say they have "no drive" and have done nothing to improve themselves. I'm sure they've done thousand times better than you ever could. Perhaps thats why you're acting bitter and jealous toward them?
      If it's really "the choices we make that give us purpose and define us" then isn't that what they've done? No one else has made good or bad choices for them - they've done that themselves. And they have become very successful from these choices, so don't hate.

    He knew OJ did it. From the way she was killed it shows Nicole's attack was personal her neck was cut so deep violently back and forth that she was almost decapitated all while her babies were in bed upstairs. The fact they didn't mention the domestic abuse, the stalking, the numerous times Nicole called the police on OJ and all the diary entries and photo evidence of her beatings that she kept in a safe is amazing. She knew he was going to murder her so she collected as much evidence as she could. Those poor children lost a loving mother and Ron's family lost a great son and brother while OJ the narcissistic abusive murderer walked free. RIP Nicole and Ron.

      Then how did oj walk away from such a bloody crime scene, after a life and death struggle, in which Goldman fought for his life, and only leave a few drops of blood? How was his DNA not in the gloves if they were his? And they didn't even fit. Why was the blood found contaminated by chemicals only found in the lab? Not to mention he only had about a 45 min window to commit the murders, get back home, and get ready to catch the limo. He should've been covered in blood. Where's the blood? A 46 yr old man, with multiple football injuries and ailments, takes down two young adults, one being a 25 yr old male in good physical shape, singlehandedly? Without taking any damage or getting any injuries? No sign that he was in a struggle whatsoever? It's just not possible

    • @nattyps3160
      @nattyps3160 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Agreed! He actually has a conscience. I think also the blood evidence bothered him b/c he also loved Nicole. He & Kris & Nicole & oj spent a lot of time together went on vacations together parties or just hang out. Kris talked About months b4 Nicole was murdered she joined Kris Bruce Jenner as he was then the kids & her kids & a bunch of other friends w/ kids on a tropical vacation. Rob & Khloe were pretty close in age to at least Sydney Simpson. Anyway RK was obviously more personally invested given he was close friends for years w/ both oj & Nicole. Obviously the other lawyers never met Nicole & were not old friends of ojs. Just hired guns.
      Really interesting to hear one of the lawyers on the team say the blood bothered him. Which obviously means he never believed the defenses cop frame up job. Also interesting to hear Shapiro even during the trial wanted to make a plea deal still. He saw what the prosecution had on him & nobody I'm guessing knew about the tapes. As they Said the recordings of furhman were " manna from heaven " they are so lucky that ito the dope "allowed race & this police plant job in. A judge is allowed to keep things out of their is no legal issue directly attached to this case. Furhman saying horribly racist things still doesn't explain everything else away. I'm glad Kardashian admitted the entire narrative of every person from the police to forensics team to the medical examiners & this also includes the prosecutirs him saying a frame conspiracy " is impossible " or that author that helped Robert write the book knew Cochrane also didn't believe oj was innocent. Making a perfect point " Johnny didn't understand how oj could remember every detail of his life except how he got thr cuts on his hand " so this is sadly the downside of our criminal justice system. Things are in direct conflict. A lawyer must defend his client to the best of his ability & every person has the right to a defense but at the same time a lawyer as an officer of the court has a duty to report a crime. So that part makes no sense. Also ull hear lawyers say " if ur guilty I don't want to hear or know about it " which I'm guessing means they have to report a crime. If u tell ur therapist u killed someone they have to alert the authorities & they too are under the same constraints of attorney client , Dr patient, clergyman & person or even husbsbd wife as they can't be forced to testify. So Cochrane Shapiro & Kardashian & probably everyone on that " dream team " knew oj was lying. What was awful was listening to fung the criminilogist or the other 2 detectives accused of planting evidence. Also what convinced me furhman didn't plant rhe 2nd glove is let's say he did he had no idea if Simpson had an airtight alibi or if he had left the state for days or weeks. The defense claims 2 gkives were there ^ even though 10 cops swore they never saw a 2nd glove if furhman found it & wanted to plant it like I said when he allegedly grabbed the 2nd glove he had no way of knowing that oj is unaccounted for was still in the area 5 min from Nicole during the time frame they layer assessed when it was from when her dog started barking someone heard yelling in the alleyway near Nicole's & when the bodies were found which had to bbe very soon after the dog was found barking w/ blood all over his Paws.
      Honestly I always thought Cochrane knew oj did it but my question is did Johnny play the race card just to get his client off & be the winner which brought him so much fame & attention he was able to open up several practices under his name. Or was Johnnie truly in a misguided way wanted to use oj as some civil rights victory to expose dirty lapd cops ? Was that something he really wanted & used oj to get it or he just wanted to win. Of course every lawyer wants to win for their client it's their job but Johnnie went above & beyond w/ race everywhere. Like did he really believe in some crusade too
