I'm going to try this and after reading the comments I will adjust the salt content and use low sodium soy sauce. I am also going to add some chicken breast. Thank you!! I can't wait
I made this tonight and I must say it will be one of my favorite go tos! I did omit the salt but I used regular soy sauce with a smaller amount of salted butter and I did add in some chicken breast! It was so very very delicious!! Thank you!
I tried this recipe this evening. Very tasty but way too much salt. I even used unsalted butter and low sodium soy sauce. I would suggest leaving out the last addition of salt. Actually there is enough saltines in regular soy sauce to eliminate all other salt in the recipe. Then it would be perfect!!
Wow what a delicious dish! I followed the recipe and didn't use high sodium table salt. Instead i used healthy mineral salt, which is lower in sodium. And unsalted butter. It turned out wonderful! Thank you for sharing! ❤❤❤❤
I am so happy that I came across with your channel.... This is my type of food, plenty of vegetables, creative, easy and affordable.... Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I know I almost gagged at a tablespoon of salt and that broccoli to soak……… I often wonder what’s the point of eating something good when you kill it with salt?!
The receipt is cool, I tried it, and i do recommend less salt, maybe half tea scoop and butter half of what you put. I wouldn't add olive oil if you are going to add butter.
I do something similar minus the shrooms, but add cauliflower, zucchini & spinach (toss in at last minute). Yummmm..... And I serve it with 2 chicken strips. That way I get both plants & animal protein. 👍
Holaaaaaa, desde Chile 🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱,una pregunta. Puedo no hechar mantequilla? Como ya tiene aceite, encuentro que es mucho para mi gusto. Disculpe,se que es su receta y no pretendo cambiarle su receta. Gracias💜💜💜🙏🙏🙏
Butter provided a different sensation in the mouth and taste buds! I discovered this in a spaghetti sauce recipe, that used oil for the onions but also butter. The taste became sweeter and smoother.
I think the recipe looks good. But I would modify using less salt, less butter and less soy sauce. But the combination I like I never thought about doing that
It looks delicious. I will definitely make. However, I’m not a sodium shame but there is wayyyyy too much sodium. Like l said , I’ll make it but with minor adjustments.
New to your channel. Thank you for such delicious healthy recepies. I go low sodium otherwise perfect. We can all adjust salt to our liking or health concerns. Thank you again For some reason I find the music and watching you cook relaxing!
I make broccoli carrot and tofu sauted together for my lunch/dinner for weight loss. But I personally use lesser salt and lesser oil. But a big no to butter and soy sauce.
This looks really good, I would make a few modifications, one being not so much salt, I would chop up the mushrooms a little smaller, this would be good with some cheese added, you could add meat to it, my mom who was an excellent cook never added too much salt, she always said better to have too little then too much, you can always add more as your eating, but if you add too much while cooking, then you can't take it out, she was very wise, & everybody loved her cooking, soy sauce is salty too, so in a sense, that adds more salt, but other then too much salt, it looks good 🙂
This will be tasty but to elevate the dish to stardom add grated ginger with the coriander, and add a tablespoon of sesame oil at the end. Toasted sesame seeds are a good garnish.
Put the amount of salt that you prefer. Add garlic or onions or both which I would probably do. Make it to your own taste or don’t make it at all that’s your choice. Don’t worry about how others like to make it. Just scroll on, it’s no big deal.
Looks yummy except an overwhelming amount of salt, especially if that's a salted butter. Once one cuts back on added salt, find that this much salt ruins food. Plus it is bad for one's blood pressure. I may try an unsalted version!
Broccoli is best cut up in a plastic bag or ceramic bowl to reduce the mess and waste. Vegetables should always be steamed not boiled to conserve valuable nutrients such as water soluble vitamins. No salt should be added in the cooking process as this also reduces the nutient content.

If you are low-carb or keto, salt is needed. It's true, I promise 😊
I know I almost gagged at a tablespoon of salt and that broccoli to soak……… I often wonder what’s the point of eating something good when you kill it with salt?!

I would add some chicken for a little protein but that looks delicious.
Broccoli is protein. That's what the protein you eat eats.
No one asked
I do something similar minus the shrooms, but add cauliflower, zucchini & spinach (toss in at last minute). Yummmm.....
And I serve it with 2 chicken strips. That way I get both plants & animal protein. 👍
Looks great. I'll just adjust the salt as we like it. 👍👏

I'm trying to decide if this is a joke comment re: the health part 😂 that's not only a lot of salt but a lot of butter
I'll try it this week with some rice noodles
What would you suggest using instead of the coriander?

Im a chinese Singaporean,i hv never put black pepper into the brocoli when i cooked them. Will try nxt time.
Some people enjoy da salt 🧂 mmmmm delicious
Sensacional! Faço aqui em casa essa receita. Fica excelente.
That’s what I thought too but you can omit the Salt, there’s enough in the soy sauce even low sodium soy sauce is loaded
Lovely
Thank you for looks so yummy 😋 ❤ I'm trying this recipe
The ingredients look yummy except for the excess oil, butter, and salt. The flavor of the ingredients would be better without the excess.
😋 delicioso gracias
Yeah I agree with everybody else way less salt and I would also add some heavy cream to it and maybe some cheese to make a nice sauce to go with it
Ewww
Delicious and healthy, i will try it for dinner.
This looks really good, I would make a few modifications, one being not so much salt, I would chop up the mushrooms a little smaller, this would be good with some cheese added, you could add meat to it, my mom who was an excellent cook never added too much salt, she always said better to have too little then too much, you can always add more as your eating, but if you add too much while cooking, then you can't take it out, she was very wise, & everybody loved her cooking, soy sauce is salty too, so in a sense, that adds more salt, but other then too much salt, it looks good 🙂
I'll only add low sodium soy sauce, I have hypertension can't do all the Salt, but the recipe looks delicious 😊😊
I think I LIKE it.❤
Way too much salt! But otherwise looks tasty.
Salt salt and soya sauce and a few veg.
⁸
I col
😂I ❤❤❤❤😊
Use low sodium soy sauce you’ll be fine!
Yeah... I'd definitely use lower-sodium soy sauce, unsalted butter and Himalayan salt. But it's a tasty-looking and easy dish to make. 👍🏾
@tobybarnes2804, I concur.
Belgrad Serbien wie aus Großmutter Dudas Küche, viel Glück ❤🎉🎉🎉🎉❤
Can I leave out the butter. Would it still have the same flavour …
Super lecker, habe es heute ,21.03,2024 nachgekocht, habe am Ende noch etwas Parmesan darüber gerieben.👍
It looks very tasty but can I save it ❤
I agree, less salt and butter, and broccoli first. The mushrooms in for 1 minute max, otherwise Mushrooms will be so mushy.
I made it but halved the recipe. delicious!
Can you please share with us what brand of frying pan you are using. Recipe looks delicious. I will definitely try it. Thank you 😊
Looks like a Tfal pan
Muy bueno!!! Felicidades
La sal siempre es opcional. No hay que decirlo. Igual los condimentos.
It is done, done and done in Jesus name.Amen
Looks Tasty but will reduce salt and soy sauce. 😊
If you say it's too much salt soy sauce or butter then modify it
What is the name of the cookware you are using for your broccoli & mushroom dish?
Excellent. I would skip the salt
This will be tasty but to elevate the dish to stardom add grated ginger with the coriander, and add a tablespoon of sesame oil at the end. Toasted sesame seeds are a good garnish.
Too salty. You put salt and soya sauce. Damn not good. Use garlics insted onion
Put the amount of salt that you prefer. Add garlic or onions or both which I would probably do. Make it to your own taste or don’t make it at all that’s your choice. Don’t worry about how others like to make it. Just scroll on, it’s no big deal.

It was the sound of onions cuttings for me❤😂😂
Do you have a Facebook acct?
Less salt, more garlic maybe, but would be great with a snitzel of some sort.

Definitely too much salt and butter but it can be use less when I make it so thanks for idea
you sure cook a lot of recipes 3 times a week, wink, wink
I cooked this last night and it was really good but I did not put that so in it I use Miss dash
Hello! Thanks for the comment!
I love your tablespoon measure. Is it glass ? Where did you buy it ?
Looks delicious but enough salt to cause a stroke.
