I had this procedure done 7 months ago. My leg pain was reduced by about 90% immediately and at this point my lower back pain is no more than a 1 at times. It was just as this doctor described. I was supposed to have fusion surgery of L4L5 but it looks like I can avoid that for now. I went to a different clinic than in this video.
Which state and what Dr. and clinic did you go to. I am looking into getting this procedure done.
@@LAMAGICA777 I went to Global Alliance for Regenerative Medicine (GARM) in Roatan Honduras. The doctors are American. Dr. Tucker did the Discseel procedure. I also had some stem cell treatments there.
Where you go
@@thelenny38 see above, the person said Honduras. I am from Texas, I just found a Dr in San Antonio and Dr. Pauza the inventor, is now in Dallas Texas.
@@cammclean2806 thank you for your response!
Great Sir! we learn more from you.
Discseel gives patients with chronic back pain and alternative to spine surgery and potential for real long term pain relief. There is hope for chronic back pain sufferers. integrativerehabmedicine.com
Excellent doctor for amazing videos, injection fibrin in Annulus fibrosis ? Dose for lumbar disc.
Thanks for your informative videos 👍.
Fibrin is a biologic glue that can seal a torn and injured disc (annular tear) and heal "fix" the lumbar disc. This can provide long term relief from back pain and sciatica (without surgery). The fibrin dose can be anywhere ~ 1-3 mLs. integrativerehabmedicine.com/discseel-procedure
@@sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805 Do You treat thoracic and cervical spine too?
I love your videos. I would really love to be treated by you, but I live so far away in the uk.
Discseel and PRP injections are a great treatment for chronic back pain that has not responded to many other treatments. Many patients fly to southwest Florida to visit our Estero clinic and get their treatment as this is still less expensive and time consuming than getting lumbar spine surgery. Consider a consult and a visit: integrativerehabmedicine.com/discseel-procedure
How much does these procedures cost? I have 4 herniated discs (2 on top 2on lower back)? Everything is so expensive due to no health insurance coverage. How long does this procedure last? Is it for ever with the expensive pricing they charge?
Discseel is a great treatment for neck and back pain from torn and degenerated discs, but unfortunately insurance does not cover it. The procedure can cost anywhere from $13K to $17K, depending on what area needs to be treated. We do include PRP in the epidural and of the joints and ligaments in this cost (unlike other clinics). Once the discs are sealed and healed, this should be a long term solution, especially if the rest of the spine is treated with PRP at the same time. Dear Dr. Sebastian may I know in which other countries I can avail this treatment? Im from India. Thank you.
I offer discseel and PRP in my clinic in Estero FL (southwest Florida, Fort Myers, Bonita, Naples). I am not sure if it is available in India at this time, you need to work with a spine and back pain specialist with training in regenerative medicine.

@sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805 Dear Dr. Sebastian, thanks a lot for the prompt reply. May I know if the Discseel procedure is USFDA approved? Secondly can overseas patients get treated at your clinic? What type of insurance is required to get treated at your clinic in Florida? Thank you
can you do this procedure for arthrosis in the cervical spine (around c4-c5-c6)?
Discseel treats the spinal discs (degenerated or leaky discs). PRP of the facet joints and capsular ligaments and muscles is the treatment of choice for cervical arthritis. PRP around nerve roots is also a great treatment for cervical radiculitis (radiculopathy, pinched nerve). see more : integrativerehabmedicine.com/naples-fort-myers-bonita-springs-spine-pain-treatment
I had an IDET procedure @Stanford for torn disk in L4-L5 in 1998 but still suffer terribly am I a candidate?
IDET procedure burns the nerves of the disc to try to stop back pain from the spinal disc, it does not fix or heal the degenerated disc. Discseel is also a treatment for back pain from degenerated and torn discs, but the fibrin glue can actually seal the tears and help the body heal the injured disc. You are still a candidate for discseel with PRP. Contact our clinic to schedule a consultation (video or in person depending on your location). We are located in Estero (Southwest Florida), but we have patients come from all over the states and outside countries to receive back pain and other treatments. You stick a needle into the disc and doing so will create a hole in the disc so yes of course the dye will spill back out regardless if you have a tear or not.
During a discography that evaluates for painful, degenerated and torn discs, the contrast does not leak out in non-torn discs, it forms the "hamburger-sign" as the contrast stays in the nucleus without leaking. In leaky and torn disc, the contrast leaks out into the epidural space and fills in the breaks in the annulus. integrativerehabmedicine.com/fort-myers-naples-discseel-procedure-herniated-disc-treatment

Doesnt the annologram cause damage to the disc like a disogram
If you stick a large needle into the disc and take it out without a sealing it, this could cause damage to the disc annulus. I use a small needle (22 gauge), then I inject the fibrin into the annulus, this seals the tiny hole that was created by the needle, thus preventing damage to the annulus and the disc. Discseel is a safe and effective treatment for back pain from disc tears (leaky discs, bulging disc) when performed by a trained spine specialist, integrativerehabmedicine.com/fort-myers-naples-discseel-procedure-herniated-disc-treatment
Does the disogram annullgram damage disc
During the Discseel procedure, fibrin is injected into the needle hole right away, sealing the hole and allowing the disc to heal. This makes the annulogram unlikely to damage the disc (as long as fibrin (Discseel) is used right away). I use Discseel plus PRP to treat back pain and sciatica from damaged lumbar spine discs (in my clinic in Estero, Southwest Florida). integrativerehabmedicine.com/fort-myers-naples-discseel-procedure-herniated-disc-treatment
Insurance does not cover this. Its for the rich elistist only.... our Government protects pharma first and citizens last. BTW this is not the only stem cell type procedure out there the back. Yet the common man still has to suffer.
Is there whatsapp number we can contact the clinic? I tried sending emails but didn’t work

Do You treat thoracic and cervical spine too?
We use discseel and PRP to treat the whole spine, neck pain, thoracic pain, lower back pain, sciatica. integrativerehabmedicine.com/naples-fort-myers-bonita-springs-spine-pain-treatment
I'd be curious to know if this would help with a congenital grade 1 l5 - s1 spondylolisthesis.
Discseel is used to treat damaged and degenerated (or bulging) discs. When the disc annulus is damaged, the disc becomes weak, adding to the instability of the lumbar segment. This can contribute to listhesis progression. For an effective nonsurgical treatment of spondylolisthesis, the muscles, ligaments and stabilizing structures need to be treated with PRP injections and stabilizing phsycial therapy, see the other treatments: integrativerehabmedicine.com/naples-fort-myers-bonita-springs-spine-pain-treatment
@@sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805 thank you. I ask because so far , I've tried epidural and that did not do anything in terms of relief. A PRP was done around lumbar facet joint, interspinous ligaments and supraspinous ligaments. Nothing. I'm still doing the exercises from my PT. One specialist suggests as my last option for surgery. The 2nd specialist, suggests to do Cervical, Thoracic and Lumbar facet joint injections and if that doesn't work, PRP injections into the discs. I'm almost at wit ends with this and I'm just trying to figure out what procedure has the highest chance in providing healing relief.
@@T12i99iN Discseel Procedure (as offered in my Estero clinic) is the only back pain treatment that has been shown to increase the stiffness of the actual intervertebral discs. Thus treatment of the lumbar disc with fibrin can improve the stability of the lumbar spine (especially when performed in conjunction with PRP of the ligaments, facet joints, and muscles).
