Hello mr paul,some the indicator you apply in your tutorials are not found in mt4 and mt5, most of us in Africa use this platform to trade. For instance the moving average cross alert or crossover . So what indicator do we use .
hi @Lawson no problem. The chart im using is TradingView which is also free to use. Most of the indicators like Moving averages , parabolic and such are available in MT4, however to substitute the Moving Average Cross indicator I used in this video, simply add 2 more moving averages with the same value as I showed in the settings. Hope this helps and of course practice on demo first. 👍
Hi Lawson, im from South Africa and can confirm that trading view does work well. The only issue is you can only have 3 indicators at a time with the free version. Just sign up and tick free version and then you can use it without any problems. Most of Paul's videos use no more than 3 indicators so it works well. I also use MT5 to place my trades but trading view to plot and analyse my charts. I find it easier actually than the charts on MT5. Good luck hope this helps.
How can it be adapted to MT4 platform. MT4 doesn’t have just plain MA’s. It’s gotta be Simple, Exponential or Linear. I thought most Forex Traders use MT4 or MT5.
@Margaret i use tradingview (which is free to use) for analyzing the charts. And MT4 for placing my trades. Traders who use MT4 or TradingView is a matter of preference

Just took a glimpse on few situations. Seems to me that parabolic SAR is always above the price when the 10 crosses the 25 EMA and below the price when 25 crosses the 10 EMA. BASICALLY, what I'm SAYING, that this strategy does not need the parabolic SAR indicator.
@Juris the point is to have ALL 3 CONFIRMATIONS. Prabolic is just the final pice of the puzzle Yes parabolic dots will be at the required position based on corssover. But if you dont have the PROPER confirmation from your Trend and know what direction you should be placing your trades, then youre going to end up placing trades in a losing position.
