Hot take, hortensia c slot has more staying power than ivy, ivy realistically is just her echo skill
Like sure ivy hits hard and can take a hit, but with IS seeming push with in combat chip dmg, weapons, skills, and specials that also cut or ignore dr, her dr doesn't do anything
She's more tank able than L!cam and we'll just get newer range nukes and she'll only be remembered for her movement and echo skill
Hortensia on the other hand, off the top of my head, along side her, only peony, gerik, and bridal fjorm null penalties for allies, her debuffs are also a nice bonus.
Perne also grants debuff neutralization and +6 Atk/Spd, has a brave dagger prf, is and infantry AND a grail unit. All he needs is a better X-Skill, alongside tempo4 and Inf. NFU4 and he'd be GREAT support.
