18:14 that's what they call wasabi in Ethiopian language it's called 'senafich" we have that ahead of the Japanese. 😆😂 but nobody knew anything about Ethiopian history. so it's natural nobody knows about it. We normally use it as powder and ferment it and eat it, tastes good with berbere.
One time I have a friend of mine and his crews all wanted to try Ethiopian food, I took them but they started eating the wot/wet/stew with spoons. 🤣😆😂 now they are eating Ethiopian every weekend. Ethiopian food is so good.

These restaurants are very expensive, too expensive in my opinion. The food looks very good and I would love to try Ethiopian food one day!!!! I’m a food lover and I love to try different foods all of the world, I love people and love to learn different cultures.
