The current management of Ethiopian Airlines must apologize to this young woman and perhaps give her a free ticket. The way she was handled was not right. Just because a minister boarded a flight, passengers should not be removed against their will, passengers must be asked if they are willing to give up their seat and wait for the next flight. The least Ethiopian Airlines could have done is take this young woman and her husband to the Skylight hotel and let them stay there until the next evening, the woman said they waited for twenty four hours. Ethiopian Airlines get your act straight.
They would take them to the skylight hotel and they would enjoy the beautiful weather of Addis Ababa but because they didn't cooperate with the Ethiopian airlines staff they didn't get the opportunity to experience the Ethiopian hospitality
