I live in Prague for many yrs now and this is one of the most important things I have learned. Imagine an entire population living in the present! They are not even aware of it. But on a day to day basis the myriad of ways this plays out is beautiful to me. We spend a lot of time in nature . Linguistically, it’s a game that never ends. I know you appreciate that too, the multi-layered nuances and meanings. Are you pressuring yourself to find ever new experiences? Gratitude for what is keeps one grounded. You are especially blessed. This is 100% IT! habit, and habitat are one in the same. Statistically most people think 90% of the same thoughts they did yesterday, most people also wake up in the same bed as they did yesterday, in the same room, same house, same town. They get up and shower the same way, make the same coffee. Not that any of this is bad, it just keeps your mind in a very closed state, so if you want to change your habit, you should change your habitat.
I find the narrative interesting but sometimes the kaleidoscope of scenes happening at once can be a distraction nevertheless keep on posting videos that deviates from the usual.
