Thanks so much for this. So many useful tips and inspo. I hadn’t really even thought of doing pak choi as cut and come again cus you always use the whole thing when it’s shop bought.

Pak choy is delish in a stir fry or a side dish when I make a Korean menu.
I take the leaves from the outside when I harvest...like I do with my leaf lettuce. The plant continues to grow and I continue to harvest.😋
Ivan, you are growing a super fall-winter garden!👍

My fav veg find this year , fried in a dry pan then finished with a touch of sesame oil it’s delicious or stir fries ,, easy to grow if you can keep the slugs or caterpillars off it

Thanks for all the info. I'm going to try to grow some now in spring by shading them. Hope it's not a drought year like last year.

Hi! Just sowing veg seeds for the first time! Heard that slugs really love chinese cabbage in america,is it the same here in england do u know? And what do you do to deter them? We get so many slugs! Finding the chinese cabbage and broccoli germinates so fast compared to other veg we are trying like courgettes and tomatoes

Thats true they are a favourite of slugs so will need rough medium around them like wood chippings or use slug pellets
      Good luck Victoria

Beer traps. Sink a few tuna fish/cat food tins in ground, pour some beer in. They drown.
