So the objective here is that whatever file I have added it should be linked with its respective folder in a way that any changes made to the folder(such as delete)will reflect on my file attachment as well.
Hello Sir, I needed your help in access can we link the attachments field to the folder?. I mean if someone deletes the file in the folder so it gets deleted in the attachment field also for a particular field??.

As far as repopulating the signature, there's probably a quick code like the old "body", "subject", "mailto:" codes.
You're probably right. I'd just tack it on to the body text.
@@599CD from one of your Access templates, I can see adding it in via VBA. Yet still seems more of a pain, as you have*your* logo attached to the signature. 🧐
