TET Corsica - 475km / 2½ days solo trip on Tenere 700 (October 2023)

- TET Corsica - North to South route.
Almost 3 days trip on this beautiful island. Yes, there is much more tarmac then gravel, if you travel along the TET - but, man-o-man, what kind of tarmac this is... at the end of the stay, I have closed the tires ;) Best ride of my life in regards of the paved road. But, some times less is more - offroad trails are just stunning. Not too difficult to stop you (in a good weather), but challenging enough to keep you busy. And views - jaw dropping. All in all - absolutely great destination for dual sports, with good wine and tasty food too ;)
As always, I tried to show you almost all you can expect during your own TET adventure - if you can handle what you see, go for it... ;)
Movie is long and there is plenty strange music instead of engine and ambient sounds - deal with it ;)
Remember to treat yourself with 4K.

Siedze sobie akurat dzisiaj w pracy I tak mysle, ciekawe kiedy bedzie nowe video od Roberta, zawsze jest cos na October. Wracam do domu, laduje youtube i jest video jako pierwsze na liscie. Super nowe tereny, inna muza pasujaca terenu i jakby zaginionej cywilizacji, i oczywiscie ta super atmosfera wolnosci. Jak to mowia, its been a pleasure watching. Pasztet i reserva, zdrowko!

Sam w 2006 objechałem Korsykę (asfaltem) na 2 kołach, ale nagrania mam jeszcze z kamerki na kasety video :) Z jednej strony Twoj film jest bardzo ciekawy, ze świetnymi ujęciami, ale mocno brakuje komentarza lub chociażby tekstu z opisem gdzie jesteś w danym momencie. Pomimo to pozdrawiam i 👍
Hello Robert! Very nice video. The trails look challenging enough for me ;) I would like to ride the TET Corsica this year with my Africa Twin. I realized during my planning that the official TET route is 673km from north to south. Your trip was "only" 470km. Did you want to skip certain passages and if so, which ones and why? Hi, thank you 😀 yes, I have skipped last leg. Corsica is beautiful, but it's mostly tarmac, and I was more after offroad adventure. So I headed to Sardine to do the TET there. Regarding Corsica, don't get me wrong, even paved parts are great, and small offroad parts are maybe not long, but can be little challenging for a big bike, so all together it's a great island to ride.

Pas compris pourquoi 2 gps en même temps ? Ce serait pas plus judicieux d'économiser la batterie du smartphone ? Superbe route en tout cas.
Thanks 👍 regarding two units, I charge them at the same time, battery life is not an issue. Two navs on two different scales/zooms make navigation super smooth, I really use that as an advantage and like this set up a lot.
