I had a question so my silverado has smoked glass and two front windows have a light tint i want to make them a little darker can this type of tint work on this or do i need to strip off the old tint
@@richardmilo602 Great question. I would remove the old tint and do it right but you can definitely give it a try installing the new tint over the old one. As long as its still in good condition. The new tint should stick just fine. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day. Sorry for the late reply🙏😎
Did this on my first car it actually works very well! It lasted about two years before it started to peel but it’s so cheap and easy to remove and replace
You got that right. Its super easy to install and replace. Mine are still going strong. They probably got another 2-3 years left but who knows. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day😁🙏
You are very welcome. I try my best to teach someone how I would like to be taught. Happy to help. Thank you for your comment and have a blessed day and Happy Holiday to you😁😎🙏
I did mine yesterday after I watched your video. It was easy the only place I would say I messed up on was cutting. So the more time you take the better it will be. The static tint is WAY easier than normal tint
I agree 100% with everything you wrote. I love the static cling and never had an issue with it. Now with regular tint, bring on the issues. Yes taking your time with anything in order to do it right is crucial in everything we do. Great job, i’m proud of you homie😎Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😎
🤣Great job. I wouldn’t expect anyone to fail at this. Its super easy and you don’t have to worry about the tint sticking to itself with the glue. Great job! My tint is still holding strong. Better than the traditional tint I might add. Ill make a follow up video soon. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day😁😎✌️
@@FunkyColdMedinaDIY thank you ☺️☺️ it looks great! The blade I got in the kit wasn’t too great so I have a little spot that looks messed up but barely noticeable and I was worried about it looking a little blurry but I saw you said it should go away in a couple days so hopefully it does go away! There’s a couple tiny bubbles but I’m not too worried about it! So I did this on a window that was replaced because it was broken. Do you think I could put this film over the other windows I have tinted?
@@Ninialiindaaa08 Yes the blurriness will go away. I was worried about that when I first put it on and it was perfectly fine in 2-3 days at most. I haven’t tried putting it over existing tint. I would say give it a shot and see what happens. Ill have to make a video on placing the static tint over existing tint. If it works that would be awesome. Because talking off the old glue tint can be labor intensive. Summer is right around the corner so Im sure viewers will be wondering. Ill work on that after posting my next video. Have a blessed day😎✌️
That’s awesome brother. Yea its not hard at all. Just take your time. You might need a hand with the back window but it can be done by yourself. Like I said just take your time. I tried doing the back window with regular tint with the glue and man it was a disaster🤣🤣. Thank you for watching homie and have a blessed day. Let me know if you have any questions😎✌️
@@FunkyColdMedinaDIY I notice the tint you applied was blueish. Does that go away too? At least to an extent? Your truck didn’t seem to have the blue hue
@@anthonyfletcher8053 Yes the tint when you first get it looks blueish. That does go away after a couple of days. I guess the sun helps to get rid of it. My tint is 5% and doesn’t have a strong blue color. I have used 25% tint snd it has a slight blue color to it when applied and has stayed that way months later. Hope this helps. You are exactly right Robert. Ive had a lot of people asking about my tint on my vehicles and they are amazed how easy it is and that you can just peel it right off if needed. Ive had no issues with it when rolling down the window and has not faded after a year. Plus its cheap. Thank you for comment Robert and have a blessed day😁😎✌️
@@FunkyColdMedinaDIY Yes, you are right! no problem at all on the roll up windows 🤓 you can even layer it, I used it as a sunstrip (2X 5%, but it's too light, switched it for an opaque static cling matte black film instead 😎) the sun don't bother me anymore, and most important, the cabin is very cool in the summer heat 🥳

Thats awesome. I know you can do it. I believe in you. Dont worry if you make a mistake, thats how we learn. The greatest mistake a man can make is being afraid to make one. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😁
Yeah this was a big mistake.also I don't understand all the work done on the outside as you can do the same on tuebinde and be done, immediately. Makes no sense to do the cutting outisr. Take it off, move it inside and try to get italigned. Very confusing workfloe
That is true. It doesn’t hurt. Like you said you can tuck it in. Great tip! Thank you for the comment, sorry for the late reply and have a blessed night 😁😎🙏
Yea it can be done on the inside. To me its better positioning to be on the outside. Traditional tont is usually done this way so I just continue doing it that way. Please cut it the way you feel more comfortable. Thank you for watching and have a blessed night 😁😎🙏
Thanks Daniel. I included your song at the end🤣. Yea Texas can be strict for sure. They will check during an inspection. Hopefully they ease up a bit. Thank you for watching Daniel and thank you for reminding me about the Still Tippin’ song. You da man. Have a blessed day😁😎✌️
Hello there. Great question. For straight cuts just take your time and follow the edge of your window when cutting with a sharp blade. There is a link in the description to the window tint installation kit that I use. It has perfectly every time. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😁
How does it work puttinf sticky side down on the outside forst snd cutting it because then sticky sode would be backwards when you go to the inside unless ylu go to the other side window of the car
🤣Great question but NO, you DO NOT expose the sticky side. For the sticky side to be exposed you have to take the protective layer off. You just place the tint on the window and it stays in place by the soapy water you spray on the window. Then after you cut it to size, then you remove the clear plastic protective layer and install it on the interior. Hope this clears up the confusion. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day😁🙏
Great video. I used the Greenfilm from Amazon on my vehicle. Has a better color than the brand you used. However I did use your brand when I first tried this method on two of my windows. I left it on after I used the green film on the rest of the windows. Only I can tell from the inside that the colors are different. Again great video.
Thank you very much Karlton, Ive seen the Greenfilm before but wasn’t too sure about it. Maybe I will do a comparison video on the two. Thank yiu for the suggestion and the kind words. Have a blessed night😁😎✌️
hey karlton, how is the clarity with greenfilm? Is it a bit pixelated? out of the box, the gila tint is very pixelated, making it hard to read signs and such
@@neoxtra2461 It settles down after it fully dries. It’s not crystal clear like regular tint but I can see through it at night. I have a 4Runner that already had factory tint on the rear windows. I used the greenfilm on those because I wanted more privacy but I didn’t want it to be permanent just in case I sell it or get stopped for having too dark a tint. It’s a little cloudy on the rear roll down window but I can still see. I think it would be more of what someone could tolerate vision wise but I like the way it looks from the outside. No bubbles.

I’m still trying to make sure I got this right. So you’re taking the tint. Cutting it to size on the outside then transferring it all onto the inside part. All with the same cut piece of tint right
Yes sir Amon. Even if you had just the regular tint with the glue, its cut and installed the same way. The only difference is that you have the added benefit if you make a mistake installing it, you can just peel it off and make some adjustments. Let me know if you have any more questions. Im happy to help. Have a blessed night😁😎✌️
🤣🤣🤣Not a problem brother. I tried to the make the video quick and to the point the best I could. To answer your question, yes you got the jist of it sir. Just take your time and you’ll get it. Great question. You can just peel it off and lay it on something to keep it from getting dirty. Then just get back home and re-apply it or just lay it down on the back seat. Just try not to crease it. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😁
Great question carlorocky, Yes it does an excellent job at cutting down the heat. Of course the lower the percentage the less light enters the vehicle. Do you think the Gila static cling tint they sell at Lowe's and Home depot is the same product as what they sell at Autozone for cars? I'm wondering if it is the same exact product, just packaged differently and a different size from what is in the auto parts store.
Hey there David, it is the same brand but it can’t be used for vehicles. The ones they have at home depot or lowes are for residential windows and have more reflectivity than is allowed for vehicles on the road. I would get the tint made for vehicles. Hope that answers your question. Let me know if you have anymore questions David. Have a blessed day😁😎✌️
Great question, NO, just the inside of the window. If placed on the outside, rain will slowly get underneath the tint and peel it off. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😎
Thanks homie, I highly recommend. Traditional is nice but can be a pain of it ever sticks to itself if you don’t spray the window and the sticky part of the tint with soapy water. Have a blessed day😁😎✌️
Great question. Its not much and it doesn’t have to be rocket science. I would say just a few drops for a regular size spray bottle. Shake up good and you will be just fine. Just a few drops. I never measure it out. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😎
Hello my friend, neither side is sticky. It just comes with a white layer so you are able to roll it out. Follow the video steps and you will be just fine. Ive never had an issue with it. If it looks a little blurry after installing it, just park it in the sun for a couple of days and you should be good. Thank you for watching and for your question, have a blessed night🙏😎
Great question. One roll can do the 2 side windows. You will need 2 rolls if you plan on doing both side windows. Add another roll if planning to do the back window. Just keep in mind that tint might not cover the entire back window from top to bottom. Its around 4 inches short but you don’t even notice it from the inside. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day my friend🙏😎
You only keep the white paper on to help roll put the window tint. The white paper will face towards the outside of the window, toward you while you roll it out and then get rid if the white paper. Hope this helps. Thank you for watching, sorry for the late reply and have a blessed day my friend🙏😎
Great question. I have a video for the back window. Here is the link, th-cam.com/video/5eBCrgIL0c4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=3xx8LiV00q0PB2Oi. For the front, you would just have to lay the tint on the front like I do the side windows and mark where you want to cut it. Then have a steady hand, a sharp razor and cut it. Install it inside and cut around anything that’s in the way. Every vehicle is different. I don’t have a video yet on the front window but will add it to the list. Thank you for watching my friend and have a blessed day😎🙏
Hello Kash. Yes you could get away with two boxes and do the front and rear door. Just not enough to do the back window. I do have a video on what the back window window will look like and how to install it th-cam.com/video/5eBCrgIL0c4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=7RnFnuqtP3TTMWoq. Sorry for the late reply. It has been a rough couple of months but things are starting to improve. Have a blessed day and Happy Holidays to you😁😎🙏
Absolutely. I do it all the time with no issues. Just take your time. I would also suggest if are having some issues, let the tont sit in the sun for about 20 mins as well as the car and the tint can stretch and be more flexible to smooth out on the window. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😁
Yes you can. There is no glue. Its sticks on by just spraying the window with soapy water and like magic it sticks. Im sure there is a scientific word for it but I don’t know🤣Thank you for watching, sorry for the late reply and have a blessed day😁🙏
I know this video is a little old, but I just came across it after failing to do walmart tint like 5 times in a row. I am the least artistic person in the world and I cut straight lines like I'm Michael J Fox. Does it matter which side clings to the window? Can I leave the backing on when I stick it to the outside of the window, and then use a sharpie to trace the shape, then take it to a flat surface to take my time and cut?
The side that clings to the window is technically either side. It just comes rolled with white paper on one side so its easier to handle. Yes you can leave the backing on when you put the tint on the window to get the right size. You then can get a razor and cut it or trace it with a sharpie and cut it yourself but you should be able to cut it perfectly if your blade is sharp and just follow the window edge as a guide but it is up to you. Sorry for the late reply. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😎
No sir it doesn’t. I actually made a video on how to do the rear window. Here is the link, th-cam.com/video/5eBCrgIL0c4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=saZTh35A4bh41iUi. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😁
You can start lowering your windows after about 30 mins to 1 hour if the vehicle is sitting in the sun. The sun helps the tint adhere to the window really well. Its not like traditional tint where you have to wait a day or two for the glue to set. No glue on this tint type of tint homie. Sorry for the late reply my friend. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😁
Its not to bad but you may have to roll the window to see something more clearly. I just don’t want people peeping inside my vehicle🤣 Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😁
Great question. I would say 3-5 days. As long as its sunny, it will cure faster. Great question. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day. Sorry for the late reply😁🙏
You can buy at places like walmart, Auto Zone, Oreily auto parts, I believe Amazon as well. Ive always just went to Walmart. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😎
Great question. Yes it will work. The material is flexible. Its easier to install in the sun as a tip. The only issue is that some rear windows are too wide from top to bottom and it won’t cover the entire height. Its just a few inches and really not a huge deal, to me at least🤣. Here is the link to my curved rear window tint installation video. th-cam.com/video/5eBCrgIL0c4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=bQfzpfhBfApFE72q. Sorry for the late reply. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😁
It should take no more than a few days, if that. I’m not sure if I mentioned in the video to let the vehicle sit in the sun for a day. That helps cure everything. If its still blurry after a few days then it’s possible that you didn’t squeegee all the soapy water out. Give it some time in the sun, maybe 2-3 days and if still not clear enough, then you may have to pull off the tint and redo it with some new tint. If you try again, just make sure to get all the soapy water out. Don’t put too much soap. Just a few drops inside a regular size spray bottle and shake it up good to make some bubbles. Thank you for watching, sorry for the late reply and have a blessed day🙏😎
@@FunkyColdMedinaDIY thank you so much for answer me! I had sat on sun for several days like weeks and nothing, I don’t think is about soap anymore. Is terrible to drive. I will try heat it, if not helps me I will take off and try a normal film. Thank you and great video!
Hey there Tray. You can definitely do a test on one of the windows to see how it will come out. Remember the first couple of days it will look a little blurry but that does clear up. If the tint you have has any defects, that won’t go away. The best practice would be to remove the old tint. There are many ways to do it. I personally use a heat gun and a razor to scrape it off. After that I use a foaming glass cleaner like I use in the video and the residue comes right off. Give it a shot with the static cling tint and see what happens. The only issue I can think of is that it may not stick very well to the tint you already have. But I’m usually wrong. I may do a follow up video to see if that can be done. Thank you for your question and have a blessed day😁😎✌️. Let us know if you decide to do it and tell us if it worked?

Question - how will this stick to a car window that has already been professionally tinted? Will it stick fine and if i ever wanted to remove the static tint, will it damage the regular tint already on the glass? Thank you!
Great question cjqamg. I actually answered this in my 2 year follow up video. I also answered questions from the comment section. This was one. Long story short, you will have no issue installing it over existing tint. Just make sure its in good condition with no air bubbles or ripples. It will show through and make it look crappy. If you install it and remove it, it will not damage anything. If you would like a more visual answer, check out my follow up video. so i got the gila plus version… does applying it work the same as the one you’re using in this video? do you recommend i go get the removable version that you’re using without glue?
From my understanding that Gila Plus versions are great but use glue. If you are comfortable installing that type of tint yourself then I would go with that one. If not, I would highly recommend the static cling that way mistakes are kept to an absolute minimum. The process to install them both are the same. The differences are that you have to be more careful with the tint or it will get stuck to itself and crease very easily. Also when its time to replace it you will have to remove the glue and old tint. Now could you install the static cling over existing tint? Probably so, I will make a video testing that soon. The video is aimed at beginners or people not comfortable with installing the traditional tint with the adhesive. Thank you very much for your question. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day😁😎✌️
@@FunkyColdMedinaDIY thank you for responding. i went back to autozone this morning and exchanged the plus version for the static version that you’re using in this video. i also ordered the kit you’re using in this video and it’s coming tmrw. also i saw on the box it says it should cover up to 2 side windows, but i wanted to know if you were able do more than 2 windows with one roll or did you need an additional roll to do all 4 side windows.
@@donedone4677 No problem Done Done. I used two rolls to cover 4 side windows and the rear window for a 2022 Chevy Silverado. The truck that you see in the thumbnail. You should be just fine. It wouldn’t hurt to get an extra roll either if you make a mistake or for an extra roll for another vehicle.
@@FunkyColdMedinaDIY hey again, I forgot to ask about the soap to water ratio for the solution. How much of each should I use to make a proper solution?
@@donedone4677 Hey there done done, I usually use a couple of 1 tbsp of dish soap per cup of water. It doesn’t have to be exact, you just want enough soap so the tint can move around if you need to adjust it. Then you squeegee everything out once you got it in place. Let me know if you have anymore questions. Sorry for the late reply. Have a blessed day😁😎✌️
As long as you have all the air bubbles out, cut right with tint not poking out where it can get caught on something, you can roll it down immediately. It gets stronger adhesion the longer it sits. I say an hour in the sun and you will be just fine. Thank you for your comment and watching, have a blessed day😁😎✌️
Whats up Miguel. Yes I would highly recommend using 20% tint in the front. Even that is border line. I believe 25% is the law. When you get a vehicle inspection they may check the tint with a tool. My personal truck has 20% in the front but they said it was ok. It just depends who you get. The white truck shown in the thumbnail is actually my work truck and i have 5% tint all around. My line if work lets me get by with the dark tint so its not an issue. Great question Miguel. Let me know if you have any other questions or comments. Have a blessed day😁😎✌️
@@malachistidd6246 Definitely an option as well. I tried that during an inspection. The guy said “your tint is too dark”. Im sure he wanted some extra cash to pass it. I said “no problem man, I’ll just peel it right off”. Right when I was going to do that, he said “don’t worry about it”🤣

Hello PyroTallahassee, Its up to you which side you use. There is no glue and the paper is to make rolling out the tint a little easier. Some static cling tints have the paper adhered to one side and some like black magic, have it loosely fitted. I’ve used both sides and have had no issue. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day😁😎✌️
@@RomboutVersluijs Hello Rombout. You most certainly can. Traditionally thats how its done because traditional tint has the glue on the outside and then you transfer the tint to the inside like I did. This tint does not have glue, its just easier for me to cut from the outside. It can be done either way, whichever is easier for the individual. Thank you for your comment. Great question. Have a blessed night😁😎🙏
Great question Scott. Ive actually bought the black magic ting from walmart and didn’t really care for it. The packaging wasn’t the greatest. Instead of the paper being adhered to the tint, the black magic was loosely laid in between the layers. It seemed a little thicker than the Gila tint which made it prone to getting hung up when rolling the window down or up. I did have someone suggest to compare the Gila tint to the Greenfilm tint found on Amazon. Ill make a video on that in the near future. I do have a follow up to this video coming real soon. Almost done editing. Let me know if you have anymore questions. Have a blessed day😁😎✌️
Hello there and sorry you have to deal with his. Its a common issue. Bubbles are common & here are a few reasons this happens. Not to say that any of the following is your fault, just some reasons. 1) The window was not properly cleaned and there is dust/dirt underneath. 2) The tint may not have full contact with the window along the edges or corners. Make sure its all tucked in against the window under the car trim pieces etc. 3) Placing the tint in the sun helps to flatten out the tint and get rid of any excess moisture underneath. Takes a few days out in the sun for the bubbles to go away, up o 2 weeks. 4) If the bubbles are still there or you just want to hurry the process, remove the tint carefully so you can re-use it. Clean the window very well, re-install it, squeegee all the bubbles out starting from the center out, and place the car in the sun. They will all go away. If you still have air bubbles, you may have some defective tint. If all else fails, you may have to take it to a professional if you do not want to deal with it anymore. I hope this helps and I hope you are able to do this on your own. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you for your question and for watching. Have a blessed day and Happy Holidays to you. 😁🙏😎

has anybody installed tint using this gila tint? i plan to tint my car soon and i have so many questions. do i have to buy the gila tint solution or can i make my own with soap and water? is a heat gun needed because a lot of people say it is or can i just let it sit in the sun for a day or two.
Hello Done Done, Ive used both traditional and static cling tint. Im not a fan of the traditional tint because it is very easy to make a mistake. Professionals that do it all the time, I applaud their work. Ive never had an issue with the static cling. The first 2-3 days it may look a little blurry but that will go away after getting exposed to the sun. You do not need the Gila solution. You can just use soapy water to install the tint. If you want to remove the old tint, I used a heat gun with a razor and it came off fairly easy. You can also use a glass cleaner that has ammonia and it will clean the glass very well after you get most of the glue off. I will make a follow up video soon. Let me know if you have any more questions. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day😁😎✌️

If you have old tint and it doesn’t look to bad then you could place it on top of it. I would recommend removing the old tint. Its a little more work since you have to remove the glue. Thats why I recommend this tint for fresh glass since it has no glue. Ill try to make a video on how to remove the glue if you have that issue. Great question. You are pretty smart😁Have a blessed night hun😎✌️
Hey there Danielle, yes it would be around 10% give or take a couple percentage points. Ill try that out. Im working on a follow up to this video. The only issue I see is that you make the tint a tad thicker and it may get caught up depending on how tight the window seal is to the window. Ill give that a shot and see what happens. I recommend leaving a little bit more on the bottom so you have some room for error, the extra can get tucked behind the weather strip.

Any tips for straight cuts & tucking film into bottom window weather stripping
However I did use your brand when I first tried this method on two of my windows. hey karlton, how is the clarity with greenfilm? Is it a bit pixelated? out of the box, the gila tint is very pixelated, making it hard to read signs and such
@@neoxtra2461 It settles down after it fully dries. It’s not crystal clear like regular tint but I can see through it at night. I have a 4Runner that already had factory tint on the rear windows. I used the greenfilm on those because I wanted more privacy but I didn’t want it to be permanent just in case I sell it or get stopped for having too dark a tint. So I can remove them and put them back as many times as I want?
Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😎
Does this include rear windshield tint also?
No sir it doesn’t. I actually made a video on how to do the rear window. Here is the link, th-cam.com/video/5eBCrgIL0c4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=saZTh35A4bh41iUi. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😁
How long do you have to leave the windows up after you put the tint on?
You can start lowering your windows after about 30 mins to 1 hour if the vehicle is sitting in the sun. The sun helps the tint adhere to the window really well. Its not like traditional tint where you have to wait a day or two for the glue to set. No glue on this tint type of tint homie. Sorry for the late reply my friend. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😁
How well can you see at night with the 20 and 5?
Its not to bad but you may have to roll the window to see something more clearly. I just don’t want people peeping inside my vehicle🤣 Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😁
How long will it take to cure if I did this in particularly mild weather? Like nothing over 76 degrees

Thank you for watching and have a blessed day🙏😎
Great beautiful
Thank you very much. I love this tint and its still going strong. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day😁🙏
how about the rear window? would this work because of the curve?
Great question. Yes it will work. The material is flexible. Its easier to install in the sun as a tip. The only issue is that some rear windows are too wide from top to bottom and it won’t cover the entire height. Its just a few inches and really not a huge deal, to me at least🤣. Here is the link to my curved rear window tint installation video. th-cam.com/video/5eBCrgIL0c4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=bQfzpfhBfApFE72q. Sorry for the late reply. Hi! Great and funny video! One question. How long days to not more blur, I have a week and nothing just a little bit better, I bought from Walmart.
Thank you and great video!
i already have tints on my car, but i want it a tad bit darker… will this method still work?

Does it matter which side of the film u use
Great question. No it doesn’t. It doesn’t have a sticky side like traditional tint. It sticks on by just spraying soapy water on the window and when you squeegee the soapy water out, it sticks but can be peeled off without issue if needed. Ive never had an issue in all the years I have used it. Once it starts to fade, just peel it off with ease, clean the window and re-install the new one. I love this stuff. so i got the gila plus version… does applying it work the same as the one you’re using in this video? do you recommend i go get the removable version that you’re using without glue?
Have a blessed day😁😎✌️
how long do you have to wait until u can roll your window down
As long as you have all the air bubbles out, cut right with tint not poking out where it can get caught on something, you can roll it down immediately. It gets stronger adhesion the longer it sits. I say an hour in the sun and you will be just fine. Thank you for your comment and watching, have a blessed day😁😎✌️
Would you recommend using the 20% of this Gila Static Cling in the front ? I live in Houston Area.
Have you been pulled over for it being too dark?
Whats up Miguel. Yes I would highly recommend using 20% tint in the front. Even that is border line. I believe 25% is the law. When you get a vehicle inspection they may check the tint with a tool. My personal truck has 20% in the front but they said it was ok. It just depends who you get. The white truck shown in the thumbnail is actually my work truck and i have 5% tint all around. My line if work lets me get by with the dark tint so its not an issue. Great question Miguel. Let me know if you have any other questions or comments. Have a blessed day😁😎✌️

I noticed that you put the tint on inside out, the paper side is the one that goes directly on the window inside.
Hello PyroTallahassee, Its up to you which side you use. There is no glue and the paper is to make rolling out the tint a little easier. Some static cling tints have the paper adhered to one side and some like black magic, have it loosely fitted. I’ve used both sides and have had no issue. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day😁😎✌️
@@FunkyColdMedinaDIYbut why set the size on the outside and then move and try to place it correctly on the inside. Why not do directly inside?!?
@@RomboutVersluijs Hello Rombout. You most certainly can. Traditionally thats how its done because traditional tint has the glue on the outside and then you transfer the tint to the inside like I did. This tint does not have glue, its just easier for me to cut from the outside. It can be done either way, whichever is easier for the individual. Thank you for your comment. Great question. Have a blessed night😁😎🙏
Is this brand better or black magic?
Have a blessed day😁😎✌️
Mine has a lot of bubbles and can’t get them out 😭. How do I fix this?
