Cool vid and great advice about trekking and the shoes.... but it also helps when we all have amazing Maltese feet to put into the shoes..... ha ha ha ha. In 2019, I came for a holiday to Malta from Sydney Australia because I live here. My parents are from Malta.... my dad from Hamrun and my mum from Valletta; they both passed away now. I spent 4 years of my childhood in Malta although I was born in Australia.... Malti ta L-awstralja mela..... But in 2019 I went to that place il-qaraba, or whatever it is called. I trekked up there from Ghajn Tuffieha Bay after swimming, trekked around il-qaraba li isa mejda qbira tal-gebel, and then I tracked along the top to Gnejna Bay to a Torri, and then from there I came back along the side and it was the most steepest trekk I have ever done.... I ended up at a little bay with crystal clear water on the other side of Ghajn Tuffieha, and then climbed up the side of that clay/dust he'll to get back up to the Ridge.... I tell you, when I was going up, if I was to stop or look back, I would have slipped or rolled all the way down u hut ma kien is-sibnij..... but I had a lot of fun. When I got back to my wonderful Guest House in Sliema, Pawlu Accommodation, I went to a fish spa in St Julians, because after that my feet needed a massage :-) so I left all the fish do the hard work :-) But I love how you are a Maltese living in Malta that takes us around on these trekks because normally many of them are done by tourists.... God bless you and keep up the great work, go and have a fish spa lol :-), but seriously and more importantly so very close to our beautiful God who blessed us with all the beautiful beauty of nature, and keep Jesus in your heart with our Lady and St Joseph :-) I never neglect to go and spend a little bit of time alone with Jesus at your nearest tabernacle who is longing there for you to come and visit..... because yes he is with you in nature spiritually, but in the most blessed Eucharist, he is there really and truly physically in His person, no different to the way he is in Heaven, only with His Glory hidden and under another Form..... and he long's for us to receive him at mass so that we can become One with Him.... if you are one who reads books I recommend reading Divine Mercy in my Soul.... by Saint Faustina. You will be amazed at how crazy God is in love with you brother.... it is available free online also. I feel completely head over heels in Love With Jesus; with God in the most Holy Trinity and with Our Lady and St Joseph through after a very special Divine Mercy experience, about 12 years ago, and my life has never been the same :-) .....but, I will leave it at that. God bless you and much luv :-) L8rz my brother.
