Thanks for that. I've made many passes over the Furka (on a motorcycle) but never stopped to figure out exactly where the shots were taken. Some were obvious - the Galenstock & Belvedere, Realp and the ling straight between Realp & Hospental - but the locations of the shots on the curves I could never quite nail down. The Bergidyl Hotel in Andermatt had a pic of the crew signed by Connery eating in their restaurant. I've also spent time in Cortina on the Corso Italia and always felt it a bit odd seeing the motorcycles on that pedestrian zone. I spent a while on Sardinia, and the ferry dock at Palau never looked anywhere as well decorated as it did in the movie.
Thank you for this. Amazing! Would love to have either my 968 or 996 on these roads. Shame bond never drove a Porsche in the movies, we need to link him up with Magnus Walker so he can get with the program. 🤣
Tilly Masterson, using a .22 cal AR 7 survival rifle was really an overlook the armourer on this film should have noticed. She would have needed a perfect shot to take out Goldfinger at that distance. If she was that good she would have chosen the proper rifle.
Schönes Video - gut gemacht! Daumen hoch!
Enjoyed every second of it. Thanks for posting. What time of year was this filmed? I know the passes open during the summer and close like late September? Trying to decide when to visit myself. Thinking of shipping my car over and spending a few weeks driving around Europe
guess you didn't really want to stop, would have been nice to pull in at some of the locations marker points and just swing the camera around and film something different other than just the drivers point of view from behind the steering wheel, .....but then the Bond sequence took seven days to shoot......:-)
I love 007 movies, but never been to Europe. It would have been nice to go a bit slower and take a swing of camera around so the iconic locations can be recognizable. Love your Porsche.

looking for the exact place of the famous picture JB is leaning against his car. I think at 4:03 it is according to the mountains behind... scheduled to repose it next week... :D --- could also be 5:21... or...? *confused* :D
yes that's really a disaster... I was recently at the Grossglockner (video: th-cam.com/video/wH8gn_TjgqE/w-d-xo.html ) and same here, the glacier is disappearing more and more..
Being able to have one's car parked on the very same spot as the DB5...PRICELESS!!
Fantastic ! The Swiss Alps and James Bond. A match made in heaven !
That was magnificent. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Mega! Tolle Idee, tolles Auto, schöne Rückblicke auf ruhigere Zeiten!
Poor Sean, his gps 06:00 says that the Furka glacier has melted, and it's flowing down the Rhône river to the Lemanic Lake and Geneva.
Great video - splendid music choise....
Thanks for sharing I was on the furka last week on my motorcycle done it many time and love it 👍
Amazing, music and original film scenes on point
How lovely to encounter a rightly-colored last gen Subaru Impreza STi!
Great music to accompany this ride and the sound of the engine in the background !

Absolutely brilliant, thankyou !
Hallo,

Beautiful, that will be this year journey for me, looking forward to it.
Wow! Beautiful drive! Great Porsche, you probably had the second best car to do it in after the DB5.
SUPERB! So enjoyable. Great video...

@@bondhd5335 Hab ich doch gemacht 😊👍

Nice background music.
Que excelente escolha do diretor lindo 👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾

Tolles Video. Mein Kompliment 👍
Complimenti molto bello! Bravo!!
4:19: I found this precise spot at 46°35'26"N 8°29'40"E.
The houses you see in the background are still there
Show de bola.perfeito!

Very very nice !
what is the music that you used for this video ???
I think it must be a James Bond original soundtrack
Enjoyed every second of it. Thanks for posting. What time of year was this filmed? I know the passes open during the summer and close like late September? Trying to decide when to visit myself. Thinking of shipping my car over and spending a few weeks driving around Europe

@@cs2874Vielen Dank.
Nice. What is the model of Darsham..
Is this you doing the driving and filming? Did you really do all of this for the video?
Yes except for the Aston Martin driving was done by Sean Connery 😉
looking for the exact place of the famous picture JB is leaning against his car. I think at 4:03 it is according to the mountains behind... scheduled to repose it next week... :D --- could also be 5:21... or...? *confused* :D
It is at 4.12. The very spot where he is standing in the film when Tilly takes a shot at Goldfinger
Genial 👌
Sounds great for a flat 6 \m/
very good video..................but you definitely should have driven an Aston Martin!!!!!!!!!!
We passed there yesterday and you can no longer see the glacier from the road.
yes that's really a disaster... I was recently at the Grossglockner (video: th-cam.com/video/wH8gn_TjgqE/w-d-xo.html ) and same here, the glacier is disappearing more and more..
What's the music? Available?
Heimat!
exactly how did she get above him and goldfinger below him
Creative freedom 😇
5:40 And a GT2 RS!
In this video you clearly can see how massive the glacier lost its volume during the last decades due to the global warming.
2:48 And a Dodge Challenger!
No change for half a century?
Well, the Rhone Glacier has melted away quite a bit over the years 😢
Name of the music
Brice Davoli - Purple Diamond & La Mia Vita
Not a road for beginning drivers.
Nothing seems to match the original film ,are you in the right pass ?
It's better to stop to pinpoint where the exact location, like the one who made the video of Rambo
😃👍🤩👌
Good effort ?But its better in an ASton
Sehr schlechter Schnitt
Dreadful.
Only garbage
I was there 😎👍
Bravissimo!
Genial 👌
