I started watching this on my phone, and then I thought, no this is wrong. Then went to put it on the HD big screen. These videos are truly works of art.
My friend and I went down this descent during a cycling tour of Switzerland 40 years ago and I still remember it. Even going at about a quarter of your average speed I was hoping my brakes would hold. It was exhilarating though.
Not really sketchy he could have stopped in time if the bus kept going, just not polite forcing the bus to come to a stop by not waiting, its the bus drivers skill (well he saw them pass, checked his mirrors and let them go through!) at least one of them would have got pinned if the bus kept going, the car had to wait there no matter what.
@@robertwaldram5903 that's plain bs. At the point where he ignores everyone's safety, the line on the street is straight, not dashed which means no overtaking is allowed. @@franklinekihiu2154 I know right 😅🤣 - they are playing too much.... But the adrenalin rush awesome, would love to do it too without playing too much with the cars
The dangerous move was the car stopping like that. The bus is longer than the car, so it only made sense to stop depending on what the bus driver was perceiving. The car stopping made the bus have less room for a turn. And....why is it stopping when there are no hazards or stop signs? 🤨 It seems like the car driver being a fool caused the situation to be more hazardous. Bicycles are practically motor vehicles (legally; same rights and responsibilities with few exceptions) so drivers should treat them just like any other automobile. It's just strange and legally dubious to stop out of nowhere obstructing traffic when there's nothing clearly wrong with your vehicle.
@@xaviermoise7187 Exactly what should the car drive have done there? It was in its lane and had to stop because the bus turn radius is so big. And it is not a place to pass a car. THe bikers should have stopped behind the car, just like car or motorcycle would have done.

Well I’ve read many of the comments where people think this is fantastic and so exciting and of course it is quite exciting but it’s also quite dangerous. Even if you are a driver I really feel for people. It’s one thing to go into the Tour de France and have an entourage of people to look after you in case you have a terrible accident that these ones are just courting disaster. That section where you went between the bus and the car is absolutely ridiculous and if a police car was there I’m sure you would’ve been fine as you should’ve been not only is it dangerous for you? It’s also dangerous for the driver of the car and the bus and the person filming behind you. I am a cyclist myself. I love cycling, but this sort of recklessness is really uncalled for and it’s so sad to see it happening in such a beautiful place where I actually wanted to drive myself. I certainly hope this sort of recklessness doesn’t happen in my country, Australia.
