It's a standard sticker you will find on almost all screen protector kits. It's basically for edge protection. For example, some phone screen protectors come with a plastic rectangle to put your phone into to make sure the screen protector doesn't go off center. These stickers used to be for that. At least the only time I've ever used them was for that purpose on a screen protector I can't remember. That or it's used as an extra dust sticky catcher.
