My friend/brother who is now studying in Russia sent me Skoltech application link last year, I applied, wrote the online test but was not chosen to proceed to the next stage, I have since became so interested to study at Skoltech. Am a Biochemist and my wife a Microbiologist, I want to know if there is any provision at Skoltech for us if we want to apply together and move over to Russia to study as a family. Secondly, does Skoltech offer a 100% scholarship for Nigerians?

For the scholarahip, don't worry about it, you automatically have scholarahip once you get accepted
Either you or your wife needs to be accepted and bring the other as a sponsor
