Can you still use the From Birth Kit with Minu v2? I loved that the bassinet folded down with the stroller rather than having to use a separate bassinet that gets detached.
I wonder if the minu can hold a cruz or vista seat since it can now carry the bassinet. 🤔 can someone try this I don’t have a cruz anymore to try it myself.
Have you reviewed the sturdiness of the Mesa when attached to the Minu? I just tried this out with the adapters on a v2, and it seems to rock quite a bit back and forth. I don't have any context for how this compares to other strollers.
Hi there! The movement you are seeing between the adapter and car seat is completely normal! When you have the adapter connected to the stroller and you go over bumps, that movement will dissipate some of the energy from the bump making it less abrasive for your baby who will hopefully stay snoozing :) If that movement was not there, the car seat and your little one would absorb all the energy from the bump! It's almost a built in suspension system.
HI again! The Minu V2 comes with a dust bag. If you will be traveling you ,ay want a padded travel bag : www.mbeans.com/products/uppababy-minu-minu-v2-travel-bag-2022
Love your videos. Would you say Stella or Jake would show less marks? I'm in the UK where uppababy especially the minu isn't as popular. I'd love the ryan colourway but we don't have that here and Charlotte hasnt been released yet 😭 wish you did the British brand egg
How’s the quality of the wheels and the ease of strolling? I hate the wheels on my current travel stroller (Mountain Buggy) and love the wheels on my Vista 2. The Minu 2 wheels obviously don’t look as rugged given that it’s a travel stroller, but do they still perform similarly to the vista?
The Minu V2 definitely won't push like your Vista since is has much smaller wheels and less suspension. Although, for a travel stroller the wheels are good quality.
Do you know when the adapters for the bassinet will be ready? It looks like the UB website just says ‘soon’. I’m also hoping to be able to use this with a Nuna Pipa Lite RX car seat - will there be / are there already adapters that work for that?
Part of the beauty of the original minu was that you could fold it with the "from birth kit". It sounds like you would have to remove the bassinet and adapters to fold with this one. Is that correct?
That's right, you will have to remove the bassinet before folding the Minu V2. Some people prefer having a more sturdy and classic looking bassinet for the Minu, while others prefer the folding bassinet. If you prefer the from birth kit, the original Minu is still available for now!
Would you recommend this one for ever day use from Baby to Toddler or do you need something more substantial, like the Vista? We love to travel so having this option would be perfect and id prefer to only have 1 all purpose stroller. Thanks so much, your channel is amazing!!
Hi Amber! Some families can get away with one stroller, but most will have at least two. You can't compare the Minu V2 to a Vista it is like apples and oranges.
@@MagicBeansVideos From a sales standpoint, that's the right answer. Regardless, love the informative videos! @Amber Scott: From a practicality standpoint, the Minu V2 and Nuna Triv Next appear to be the best compact options available if you really want to stick with one stroller. The Minu V2 seem to lack the bigger wheels and suspection for rougher terrains, so keep that in mind for your use-cases. I would recommend watching The Stroller Workshop for an impartial review. The guy made a living repairing strollers and purchases it with his own money for the most part.
Is this a one handed unfold or do you need to simultaneously unhinge the metal piece while pressing and opening from the handlebar with the other hand?
Hi Sarah! Yes it will. Also if you have an Uppababy bassinet it will also attach with the same adapters! www.mbeans.com/products/uppababy-mesa-bassinet-adapter-for-minu-v2-stroller
Thank you for watching! The Minu V2 can be used starting at 3 months with the seat fully reclined, or you can use it from newborn with a bassinet or infant car seat.
The Minu V2 should be fine for her. The seat back is 17 inches but there is extra room at the top before her head would reach the canopy. You can also reach out to UPPAbaby directly and they might be able to give you a more exact upper height limit for the Minu V2.
The Minu uses REACH certified leather so it’s safe for kids, and if you prefer to avoid real leather altogether there are strollers like the Nuna TRVL that use leatherette instead!
I was able to use the bassinet with the Minu first generation with the Mesa adapter
Hi Eli. Do you know if the Cybex Cloud Q fits the Minu V2 with the right adaptors? Thanks
I'd love to see a side by side with this, the Trvl, and Butterfly!
Yes, please!
Me too! Trvl specifically
More Minu V2 videos coming soon ;)
Yes!
Looks similar to the Joolz Aer , curious about a side by side with this the Aer and the butterfly

Can you still use the From Birth Kit with Minu v2? I loved that the bassinet folded down with the stroller rather than having to use a separate bassinet that gets detached.
UPPAbaby says the Minu V2 won't be compatible with the from birth kit. Sorry!
Is there a video showing how to take seat off and put bassinet on? I can’t find any videos or info on this
HI Olivia! We have not made a video yet but you can schedule a virtual call with us here : www.mbeans.com/pages/consultations
Do you have to remove the wheels to fit it in the travel bag?
I wonder if the minu can hold a cruz or vista seat since it can now carry the bassinet. 🤔 can someone try this I don’t have a cruz anymore to try it myself.
Hi there! The seats are not interchangeable as the connection points are different. You also can not use a Vista seat on a Cruz or vise versa.

What does the minu v2 come with? Does it come with a travel bag?
HI again! The Minu V2 comes with a dust bag. If you will be traveling you ,ay want a padded travel bag : www.mbeans.com/products/uppababy-minu-minu-v2-travel-bag-2022
Can you use Nuna Pipa with this stroller?
Yes, with adapters!
Can you fold the Minu V2 with the carseat adaptors still attached? Or do you have to remove the adaptors in order to fold it down?
Yes. First few uses I didn't know the adaptors can be folded inwards. So you won't need to remove it everytime you fold stroller down
Can you review the evenflo gold Otto pls
Hi Bella! We don’t carry Evenflo products so we don’t have one to review. Sorry!

Hi there! Stella is going to be more forgiving when it comes to stains. The Jake black will have a high contrast.
Thank you 😊
wow! hey i have a diff question. do any of the other bassinets from nuna work with the triv? maybe with an adapter??? thanks in advanced Eli!!!
Sadly no. Only the bassinet specifically for the TRIV. Sorry, David!
Eli

Does this fit the overhead bin ?
Not most I heard. You can check it at the gate though.

Isn’t the original for 3 months plus as is? Is this one really 6 months plus without the bassinet?
Yes. This one is 3 months plus as well
Is this a one handed unfold or do you need to simultaneously unhinge the metal piece while pressing and opening from the handlebar with the other hand?
You need both hands to open it.
will this now fold with the Mesa adapter?
Unfortunately you will still need to remove the adapters before folding the stroller.
Can you fold the stroller with the car seat adapter?
Yes you can! 😀
Can the uppababy mesa car seat work on this stroller?
Hi Sarah! Yes it will. Also if you have an Uppababy bassinet it will also attach with the same adapters! www.mbeans.com/products/uppababy-mesa-bassinet-adapter-for-minu-v2-stroller
I thought i googled that the seat could be for a 3 month old. Did you say 6 months and up?
Hi there! You. are correct the seat fully reclines is for 3 months.
Hi - I've read on a lot of sites that it's fine for 3 months plus. Have you heard differently?
Hi Gabriel! Yes you are correct the Minu V2 is a 3 month recline.
Does the snack tray work with the mini?
Yes it does! www.mbeans.com/products/uppababy-minu-stroller-snack-tray-2020
Is that the Charlotte color of the Minu V2?
It sure is!
Would it fold with the footmuff attached?
HI there! No, the foormuff will have to be removed.
@@MagicBeansVideos thank you!!
Awesome video, so this is not from new born? I was told this is from new born. Thanks
Thank you for watching! The Minu V2 can be used starting at 3 months with the seat fully reclined, or you can use it from newborn with a bassinet or infant car seat.
Is butterfly or minu v2 better for a 3 year old ?
I’d say a Butterfly because of the high seat back
What's the weight and dimensions on the new minu? And love the mbeans videos!!!
Thank you Maggie! Visit our website to see product specs: www.mbeans.com/uppababy-minu-v2-stroller-2022/22222c
When will this come out?
We expect them to ship in May 2022.
@@MagicBeansVideos is this for the US only or Canada as well?
So is this why it’s gone on sale? This is the newer version?
Yes!
What if I have a tall child, is this good for them, she is 42 inches and 3.5 years old
The Minu V2 should be fine for her. The seat back is 17 inches but there is extra room at the top before her head would reach the canopy. You can also reach out to UPPAbaby directly and they might be able to give you a more exact upper height limit for the Minu V2.
@@MagicBeansVideos thank you so much! Love your videos
Do you feel the recline on this is as good as other compact travel strollers? I saw one review that said they wished it reclined further.
Thank you 😊
Hi Skye! The recline is considered a 3 month recline. It is good for naps but not a full recline.
Which color is that?
The color is called Charlotte!
Does this fit into the overhead compartment of planes?
Hi Chris, it will fit in some overhead compartments but not all. You can always call ahead and ask your airline if you're unsure!
I have ordered v2, but the fact that it doesnt match with from birth kit ruins it so much for me!:(
It is compatible with the UPPAbaby bassinet if you would like to use it from newborn!
How many pounds?
The Minu V2 weighs 16.9 pounds and can carry a child up to 50 pounds.
Salut, fantastic ,see you on my side~ brother.))
Thats the copy of Joolz aer 😏
We can add that comparison to our list! They aren't quite the same :)
Hate that it’s real leather
The Minu uses REACH certified leather so it’s safe for kids, and if you prefer to avoid real leather altogether there are strollers like the Nuna TRVL that use leatherette instead!
