Thanks Bel! Glad you watched until the end you never know what surprise or tantrum I might unleash!!! Bloody remote control. It was responsible for another blow up at the end of my last pick up video too.
Thanks mate. You know though it isn’t as bad as you think. It’s no 4K wonder but it has charm. It’s a totally different experience. Mario was a blast the other day. Appreciate the watch and comment 👌🍺
Marcus from dad’s lads gaming sent me over. Can’t beat getting some crt as getting hard these days to get a good working one. Game room set up looks good dude 👊🏻
Thanks for dropping by mate. Appreciate the comment and the kind words! I was certainly nervous after the Sony was faulty. I was so stoked it was in good working order. Would have been totally bummed if I was 0 for 2!
Thanks Marcus! Yeah, it was a great fit and blended in well with everything else. You could see my satisfaction. Ugh, I have heard of it. We’ll see 😜 I’m not as tech savvy as I’d like.
I have a beautiful 55 inch C1 OLED TV and I was hesitant to put a CRT next to it. But damn after playing my N64 and PS1/PS2 games I knew I did the right thing by bringing in the CRT. Yes the image might look a little fuzzy due to the low resolution but damn those colors, image and the smoothness brings it home. Though the OLED is excellent for HD and 4K content, all 480P and below content looks like garbage on it 😂, but the CRT looks excellent, as if people back in the day knew a thing or two about image quality 😊
Thanks for your wonderful comment. It certainly has its place in the video gaming collection and can still be enjoyed and appreciated as you’ve mentioned above. They really do compliment the systems they were made to support and showcase. 🙏
Great setup Jules! 💪Brian and I were watching this together and both cracked up laughing at your ending. Hahaha 🤣
