Great vid, really helpful and thorough tests. I’m gonna grab myself one of these Lamicall phone holders now, as I used to have the suction cup ones too and they always fell off for me too.
Hi there. Seen the video. Thks! Although I'm pretty sure it holds a bump or two (or several, for that matter), I'm still wondering if it's practical to put it in and out for really small and quick trips. I face myself many times getting in and out of the car so, for me, that's a pretty important aspect of a car holder. Still thinking about getting a gravity type holder just because of practicality. I'd love to have your opinion on that. Again, Thks.
@@FranciscoNogueira I don't know how a heavy phone would work with this. My phone is pretty light. I know the suction cup devices always fail for me. I considered the beanbag type but I don't have a large flat dashboard and I can picture it flying around when I corner. I like to take hard corners!
@@FranciscoNogueira my phone is heavy (iPhone 12 pro max) and I did buy this holder. Works great for me and stays solidly connected to the fan vent. In fact, has never come off once.
I have since replaced mine with a windshield mount (made by Torras) so I'm not blocking the air vent and the phone is in my line of sight. I made a video on the replacement. Thanks for watching!

Glad it was helpful!

My current phone is on the heavy side so, magnetic holder having a small round base, struggles to keep it steady.

Your vent is very loose, so it cant support the weight - thanks for the video
