I am trying to Fix a Proform Carbon CX Bike with a CH0 CH1 Error. I have a cable that was sent to me by Proform. I show you how to tear down the bike and troubleshoot the cables being hard to reach. I do not succeed in fixing my CH0 error though. Anyone has more tips?

Picked up a mint carbon cx off marketplace for 200 thabks to this video all it needed was a reset and batteries

I replaced all batteries and it worked.
Note: Removing one battery wont work it need to replcae all 3 batteries with new.

I put in brand new batteries and it fixed it. I’m thinking of buying rechargeable batteries so they’re always fresh

Hi, I have the same tour de france pro form bike. The screen of the console is on, but it not display working time, not display calories burned, not display distance…. Everything remains “0”. What should I do?
I think the first step is to contact support. I am curious of maybe the connector cable to the sensors is not completely connected though.
Same with a secondhand proform sport cx.
What tool did you use to remove the panel to change the batteries?
Just a flat bladed screw driver.
Please help ! Any advice for blank screen ? I changed the batteries and that didn’t work.
I think I would dig down and see if any of the cables for the display are not connected. Have you contacted support yet?
Got the bike on 1-25-22, and assembled 1-25-22. The resistance is set at max and I cannot change it. Error message CH0 and CH1. Batteries are brandnew never used. The wheel squeels if i pedal it. It looks as though the magnets are touching the wheel and causing the squeeling sound as I pedal the bike. Can't change the resistance because of the CH0 and CH1. Someone please help me!
Is there any chance you have the emergency stop on?

I changed the battery, it removed the ch error. I don’t know why it worked
I am glad it worked for you. That is exactly what the manual says should happen... I am just not been so lucky.
I JUST built this bike and am getting the error codes. Returning. Not worth the hastle
I have a bit of a complicated question, I finished a workout on the iFit app, afterwards it’s told me there was an update for the bike but then it said update failed and now it won’t turn on, I don’t know what to do, I tried everything the book says to troubleshoot it
An update for the bike? That interface is so simple, I am not sure what they would be changing. Was it an update for the app on your iPad? I think if the machine is not turning on I would start at swapping the batteries. Keep me posted. I may come up with other ideas... I am always thinking about this type of stuff.
The bike is new, literally out of the box, i did my first work out, the iFit said there was an update available, now i started it and suddenly it said update failed and now it won’t turn on, I’m so frustrated cause I had a Tour de France cbc and it did the same thing

Maybe take the batteries out for an hour or so. Then replace them and give it another go.
