Hi! Without seeing the machine - normally when you order from factory you elect for either a single powder dosing system or a twin. If it's only set up as a single currently, it may still have the required wiring to simply connect the second powder system and hopper. A service technician would be able to confirm this for you on your machine - that way you could run two powdered options.
I have this machine, but the cleaner solution does not fit flush in the system. I have tried to remove the red label on another and try but it also does not fit flush. Is there a certain way this needs to be pushed in?
Hi Christine, thanks for reaching out. There is no red cap or label on this solution, is there a chance perhaps you have a different type of solution there? The A600 FM CM (FoamMaster Clean Master model) uses the Franke "Reiniger fur milchsysteme" - it is a 950ml flat bottle, and the only one that will fit flush in the system. We have couple of these in work and as company bought them they get serviced only 2 times a year, now every one of them has different selection of drinks - some of them have espresso and some don't. Can I configure them all to be exact same like add same quick pick coffees myself. (I have codes for all users)

@@autesso Hey :) Unfortunately no, we are based in Europe and technicians that do maintenance are closed for holidays and first booking is available on the end of January. I thought it's easy enough to be setup myself as I have all codes.
