The A600 FM CM (FoamMaster Clean Master model) uses the Franke "Reiniger fur milchsysteme" - it is a 950ml flat bottle, and the only one that will fit flush in the system. Hi! Without seeing the machine - normally when you order from factory you elect for either a single powder dosing system or a twin. If it's only set up as a single currently, it may still have the required wiring to simply connect the second powder system and hopper. A service technician would be able to confirm this for you on your machine - that way you could run two powdered options.

Thank you for letting us know, how frustrating! Without seeing your machine, there might be an issue with your chute or it could be blocked. If you're unable to get a technician, a simple workaround is to manually place the Franke cleaning tablet directly inside the brewing chamber (which is underneath the brewing piston). To do this, clean the brewing unit with the long handled brush as directed on screen at 0:58, then place the Franke cleaning tablet inside the brewing chamber after this (it should be sitting on top of the little shower screen), and then continue to follow the steps for the remainder of the clean cycle. When the screen prompts you to insert the tablet into the chute at the end, skip it by selecting NEXT, and the machine will then complete the clean cycle with the tablet now manually in the right place. @@autesso it will not not fall down if you are following the cleaning steps on the screen and first put it in when it shows on the screen. if you do it before it will fall down in the ground container.

@@autesso Hey :) Unfortunately no, we are based in Europe and technicians that do maintenance are closed for holidays and first booking is available on the end of January. I thought it's easy enough to be setup myself as I have all codes.
