Agree with you about how many videos are unrealistic especially if you work full time outside the home. Focusing on one area reduces the anxiety.
I just washed all mine and kids bedding. Went grocery shopping. Now relaxing and watching your video 😊. Tomorrow plan on doing a load of laundry. I do break up my to do list.I work full time outside my home so it’s impossible for me to get everything done in one day.

I have taken a soft fabric and a dab of glue on the back of a magnet to put things on the front of our stainless steel. You can't tell at all. If the magnets are very weak this may not work, but you can replace the magnet as well.
You have the lights above your breakfast bar that are on my wishlist. 🤎

I do the same thing for my sanity. I have a calendar that marks my focus room for deep cleaning that day (ie living room or bathroom) and the general meal category for that day (ie Tacos or Pasta). Has helped my stress a ton.
I use the pizza box to, but you don't have to cut it! There is a seam on the Red Barron pizza box that you just have to open up and then you can fold it right over. Takes 2 sec.

Cleaning one room a day is a good habit, it’s doing maintenance in the other rooms daily that makes it manageable- like the kitchen, you may deep clean it on Monday and the rest of the week you make sure the dishes are cleaned and put away, the counters wiped down and the floor a quick sweep and on Tuesday, the bathrooms get done but the rest of the days the toilet bowls are given a quick swish and wipe and the sink and countertops a quick wipe, etc. I think the maintenance is the struggle more than the deep clean, especially if you are not a SAHM. When our kids were at home and currently, we budget out 1 day a week for take out so mama could and can have a break. I also make sure there is a frozen pizza in the freezer when take out just isn’t appealing (and we fold back the pizza box too for the baked pizza to go on!). Simple meals are the best, we grill a lot in the summer and always make double of what we eat for one meal- we use the leftover steak and chicken for salads, last night was a BLT chicken salad- salad greens, grape tomatoes, crisp bacon (we put on aluminum foil and cooked on the grill) and chopped up chicken with our choice of dressing, tonight will be an Asian beef salad, same theory as the BLT one with thin sliced steak, salad stuff, crisp noodles as a topping and an Asian dressing. We also do mini charcuterie boards with meats and cheeses, veg and fruit and crackers as a meal, when it’s hot out, simple and refreshing is wonderful!
Maybe you could find a hutch with glass doors on the top half to show off your dinnerware and doors on bottom half for storage ?if you can find one that would be a good fit for that opening. ♥️

You should make that a closed storage area. Maybe put top shelf at the top of the enclosed space to put your screwdrivers or hammers in a bin or something

Yes Karrie! I am focusing on one room at a time! I feel like I get more of a thorough cleaning that way & also I’m able to take a look & see if I want to change anything up or remove some of the small items that I really wouldn’t miss once I have removed them. Not so overwhelming.
I wish I had your motivation! Lol for some reason I just can't get motivated on my days off . And then the days I work I do 12hr shifts so I really have no motivation on those days! I been off last few days but fell down my porch stairs when it was raining so was trying to relax before going back to work on Thursday!

You can try using toothpaste to get the stains off the stove just rub the toothpaste on real good and let it sit for two days then clean it off I used the toothpaste as well and it took the stain off of my stove I also used it on my watch that had a mark on it and the toothpaste took it away too.
I use Autosol metal polish on my glass stove top. It takes a lot of scubbing but it helps a ton. I had those white scratches covering the burners and they lightened up significantly!
Hi Karrie! I was so excited when I saw you posted a video. Love the bonus videos. Love love your cleaning videos. By the way, definitely nothing wrong with having pizza for dinner. I have a stainless steel refrigerator and we have to be very careful because the magnets have scratched our refrigerator. I put things in the sides as well. Everything looks nice and clean! Great motivation Karrie. You tackled that cleaning with muscle as always. I did a deep cleaning in my home this weekend. I took some time for myself to relax and watch your video before getting dinner started. Nothing wrong with pizza night, btw. We all have those nights where pizza is on the menu and the kids find it to be a treat 👍🏼😊

I just did the tops of my kitchen cabinets last night! I DEFINITELY need to do that more often, as the grease had really settled in with the dust. It took me a stool, a ladder, and cleaning supplies, but it looks so much better now!
Any night is a good night for pizza!! 🍕🍕.. I have to tell you that I don’t use my microwave very often either, but it still gets dirty. I do this to myself all the time. I clean off my glass stove top and get it all shiny and then remember the microwave. As careful as I am, crumbs fall down on my clean stove top. L O L. I love how your island countertop turned out. Yes! Stainless steel appliances do scratch easily! I too have learned to just put things on the side of the fridge. It's annoying 😄

I just slide my pizza out on a cutting board straight from oven! We always keep a couple frozen ones on hand for when I’m too lazy to cook! 😅
I think you should build a cabinet for your brooms and mops and vacuums that would settle your problem with storage instead of having things everywhere I love what you do love your videos keep up the good work

Awesome cleaning motivation as always, but when I've seen that your trash can was overflowing plus you've had another full bag next to it, I was hoping you'll film while emptying/taking out the trash as I always find this quick chore so satisfying to feel the house is fresh and clutterless.
I do not take out the trash 😬 I'm very independent but the trash is the one thing I just don't like to do 🤣

I love all your videos..targeted rooms or all over the place lol 😂, I’m just along for the ride but I feel you on getting burnt out on cleaning…the days I try to clean my whole house I’m so exhausted & just don’t find it therapeutic anymore but the days I only focus on one room at a time, I don’t mind cleaning. When kids lived in home I had pizza every Friday night, if we did not have it on Friday it would be Saturday. I buy pizza crust at Aldi's, i buy pizza sauce Dollar tree in a salad dressing like bottle. Already grated cheese, pepperoni, cut up all the other topping. Easy peezey. Kids ae gone now so it just hubby and I. Needed this video to get started.
I load the dishwasher all day and run in the evening.
❤❤❤I just hung out and watch because it’s raining here and my body is just killing me in general but I’m on a 10 day vacation so I will be getting busy starting tomorrow
