I remember when I first ever saw a flash flood warning when I was a toddler. I also remember that me and my sister finished watching this one Franklin movie, and RIGHT when the credits were over the EAS went off saying that we were under a flash flood warning and so I was scared half to death and started crying and ran out of the room towards my mom and dad as my sister was chasing after me saying "No come back!" XD
