A maga sympathizer at a women’s group I used to attend, is encouraging people to stick up for the “war” he will lead from prison, comparing him to martyrs blessed by her god. Trumpism is aimed at older people, with money, threatened that will use their land and homes to evil democrats. I fear for many people who do send him money and feel empowered by supporting him. I’m worried about a lot of young people who support him to be “warriors”, and elevating him to deity status. Some don’t even call themselves republicans, and ask for the blessing to Trumpers. Things are totally swirling out of control and I believe that he one reason he hasn’t been jailed. Violence and even more division would exist. Go to work, support your family, educate your children. I’ll never understand this for a draft dodger, bankrupt thief.

I say we build a jail cell that looks like a single-wide trailer on the outside, but on the inside is a full blown jail cell and "day room". Trump gets ZERO amenities. No electronics. No wi-fi. Not even a radio. This way the Secret Service can still remain free. They can sit or stand outside this trailer and Trump can still experience solitary.
I say he should be put in a converted janitor's closet in the basement of the whitehouse or pentagon, allowed only weekly showers, and should do his orange jumpsuit exercises in the courtyard. This will be an example to everyone about what could happen to them if they mishandle secret documents.

These judges need to impose a $100,000 fine for every violation of a gag order, and an additional $1,000 for every REPOST of his social media posts that are in violation.

Why should a presidential candidate facing multiple FELONY charges be any different? Just because they decided to run for president doesn't give them special privileges to do whatever the f*** they want and violated lawful orders by a judge. It's not normalizing anything, no other candidate in history is facing nearly 100 felony charges. It's treating a repeat offender like the criminal they are. Stop trying to make it seem like after Trump, we'll be throwing candidates in jail when they didn't get charged felonies. That will never happen. And if it did, no one would idley sit by and let it happen. There would be national outrage. Not here, because Trump is actually being charged with crimes.

Change the conditions of his pre-trial release to require him to submit to weekly in person drug testing. This would not limit his ability to campaign. It would not set up issues of his security and who he tells what. Drug testing is routinely used as a condition for release. Criminal defendant Trump has been acting erratically and slurring his words. Make him report weekly and show he's not above the law (even though she made him a cute little pamphlet outlining examples of what is or is not acceptable speech. No color coded crayons this time time.)

Everything is about him and the great love his people have for him. Just as on January 6th, where he LOVED that HIS people attacked the Capitol (He even said when telling them to stop…We love you). Trump looks at this as a win-win. Either the judges will continue to allow him to spew these lies and hatred or they will throw him in jail and all hell breaks out. Just go and spend some time on any of the various y-tube clips of all manner of arrestations going on daily -- for the common people on the land -- and how many get hauled off to jail immediately for crimes that are quite insignificant to those commited by trump.

He should have been arrested on Jan 7, 2021. Failing that, he should have been arrested on Jan 21, 2021. Every day that has gone by since then that he wasn't arrested for treason has been a miscarriage of justice, compounding the insult of each day before it. The fact that Americans can stomach the injustice is itself sickening.
Merrick Garland wasn't sworn in until March of 2021 and the DOJ couldn't start investigating the January 6th Insurrection until the Biden Admin had appointed the relevant Attorneys to the DOJ and then they had to work on connecting the Fake Electors scheme to the January 6th Insurrection, And Then there's Fulton County District Attorneys Investigation, that started in February of 2021 when the Grand Jury was impanelled and started hearing testimony and reviewing evidence, some of the Witnesses claimed Executive Privilege and refused to testify until the Supreme Court ordered them to testify and that takes time even with an expedited Hearing schedule, maybe if Mark Meadows and others hadn't been so busy fighting Subpoenas the Trials would have been much sooner, like a Year sooner

Before the judge detains the defendant, he should be put on the stand and questioned about the allegations of his violations. Have any of his violations been adjudicated? Why not?

That would give the defense a good basis for an appeal if he's found guilty. Trump would claim he was denied due process and that would likely have the verdict tossed.

It feels like everybody in this trial is putting in more time and effort wrangling the defendant than actually presenting the case and arguments. And he's still enjoying the "rich criminal" treatment, openly slandering judges, prosecutors, and witnesses. I'd like to see how they flip this and generate even a drop of faith in the American judicial system from the result. At this point, I have to ask myself if we, as the American people, are even supposed to believe that "justice" is ever carried out fairly and impartially.

The US has a tiered "justice" system. Different rules apply to you depending on where you are on the socioeconomic ladder and what color your skin is.
I have as well. My friend went to law enforcement to report a crime against him, and they said they would help him. They brought the person who had harmed him in for questioning. My friend was then arrested a month after that interrogation. He's been falsely accused of a crime based on what that convicted criminal told them. The officer admitted the felon was likely lying, but they let him off.
