Well worth the wait! Thank you very much. I'm thinking (masochist that I am) of doing all 4 engines completely... so looking forward to how you finish them. That would mean some decisions. Do I cowl all or just some of them? If cowling panels that suggests a maintenance situation. That would mean no guns (I presume) and no bomb load. Or perhaps like you have done. Starboard un-cowled, starboard cowled? I was considering magnets to hold the cowlings on - at least the side panels to allow one to view the sides of the Merlins. BTW, which aircraft are you doing? Have you said yet? Anyhow, thanks once again for this, I really appreciate the free instruction manual!
It's like the dummy engines were an afterthought. I still think Border has NO QA department... I'm not impressed with them. Your work however, beautiful as usual! Eagerly awaiting the next update!
I’d have to agree. I’m not thrilled with how much they charged for the kit, without addressing those issues. Put the awful instructions into the mix and, I feel they left a lot to be desired for the price they charged.
Brilliant work as always. If you find something is a challenge, mere mortals will really be in trouble!
Excellent work, Steve. Not a subject to be rushed. The finished build will be stunning and well worth the wait!
I think those imperfect panels add to the look just like the stressed skin. Great work.
Great build and vid 🙏🍺💪👍💞
Superb work as always strange about the engine bearer fit ?
Nice work Steve, just wandering if anyone else has had the same problem with the dummy engines?

If I remember correctly, it’s the same aircraft on display at the RAF museum, Hendon.
