  • 30 Days of Gratitude (random order) This was my draft.
Be thankful for those who care. The busyness of life can disconnect us, appreciate those around you. Say “thank you”.
Avoid that urge to out-perform yourself. You are good enough.
Recognize the sensory effect of listening to music.
It can lift you up or calm you down.
Acknowledge positive experiences in your daily life.
Say “Thank you” out loud to reinforce the feeling.
    What are your strengths?
What opportunities can you use resilience in helping others?
Appreciate simple gestures. How do you express your Joy?
    Respect honest and authentic criticisms.
It is their opinion and they cared enough to comment.

and coming home to your specific state is more cherished.
Embrace the harvest! Be thankful for the abundance of choice.
I love Alaska. If you find your people you realize there is nothing wrong with you. The nature focused attitude and openness is appealing.
Appreciate your American comfort, do without an item (social media, transportation, water…etc) for a specific time and your sensory appreciation will be renewed.
Enjoy the diversity of cultures. What foods do you enjoy? Celebrate,
it was by sharing that you enjoy diverse food, music, clothing…etc.
Be grateful for a meal shared. Eating with others beings pleasure.
Who or what challenges you? Here is an opportunity to enlist your strengths and skills.
Think of the openness of the night sky, learn the constellations in
your area per season. Spend time outside at night.
Be aware of small acts that pay it forward.
Smile, give a compliment, and do small gestures like holding the door or
letting a car merge in front of you.
How can you be kind to animals? If wildlife or pets, give them space.
Don’t make quick movements towards them.
Learn to appreciate relationships that challenge us.
Find strength in diversity of thought.
Nature inspires us. Nature is healing.
    Protect and renew.Plant a tree.
Don’t leave anything behind and pick up what find.
Cherish memories of family pets. They are the most loyal of friends.
Acknowledge the privileges in America. We are able to express our difference in our thoughts, words and actions.
Celebrate and support don’t denigrate, especially on social media.
Appreciate renewable energy and alternate power sources, recycle and reuse items in crafts, hobbies, furniture, etc. Think of the future.
Show respect and thanks to those who serve; military, veterans, medical staff, police and firemen, educators who all perform dangerous and demanding jobs.
Remember the caregivers, those who clean and prepare, factory workers and farmers. We live in a village.
