Love the wrap around deck, the open stair case which helps open up the living room and makes it feel bigger. Lovely kitchen with lots of natural light. The upstairs office space/bedroom -nice and cozy love the dormer, and big windows for the other bedroom -a great way to wake up. A small home that looks large on the concept that less is more.
Jasper, I absolutely love this house! I love the angles of the ceiling and the pocket doors! The wrap around porch is beautiful. Jasper there is not one thing wrong with this house! I am so proud of you!

Fun design. Quirky elements make this new house feel like an older one with some features that can be a classic pain in the neck, like those sloped ceilings that you bang your head on when trying to make the bed or put the laundry away. You learn to live with then come to love them. A good range with built in microwave would keep you from having to sacrifice any counter space. A very homey design!
Wow! A stunning design! Although small, the use of the airy design makes it feel big and beautiful! I only wish the kitchen was bigger. Absolutely beautiful, and nice feel of nature inside with the use of the wooden accents. Great!

My favorite so far... remind me of my 1st home, we build in 1987! I just don't like the laundry upstairs 😳... should be downstairs. Also a better job with the cupboards upstairs.... right to the ceiling with mirrored, sliding doors. Full pane windows... a pain to clean those windows.
Beautiful! I don't know how you put out so much great quality content. That soaring living room is stunning. The whole house is just wonderful. Were you thinking of Tennessee? The music is perfectly chosen. It sounds like an updated take on a Scots-Irish melody, just as the house seems like a modern, very well-appointed take on a traditional Appalachian mountain home.
Not the open floor plan I want. The LR seems a little small. Kitchen & DR are fine. Downstairs bedroom & bath are fine too. Love the upstairs laundry if I were to use the suite for myself, but I couldn’t give the downstairs BR to a kid who will not keep the bathroom clean for guests. That office space is very quirky but pretty. Maybe bunk beds would work. It’s a no go from me.
This home would be perfect out in the country. I'd add another bedroom to the 2nd floor and get rid of that cathedral ceiling. Then you could have a porch connecting the bedroom and office area. Make that bedroom the Master. Take the laundry room to the first floor instead.
