I love everything about this home!!! I am in the market of buying a home. I would definitely love to have this as my home. Great layout !!! Keep up the good work.
Love that entrance w/ sitting bench, the living room with that fireplace, just love, ♥️ the kitchen, the master bedroom, the laundry room, especially love that bathroom, the backsplash and the walls, the second bedroom
This one is great! Other than a few personal preferences, I could definitely live in this one. (One preference is to replace the huge range vent with a vent and microwave.) I would also want to add a screened in back/side porch. I particularly like the way the “closet” was done in the first bedroom. It makes the room seem so much larger! It also looks like it would be easy to turn it into a traditional walk-in closet.
Absolutely beautiful. From the front door the house is perfection. Not fond of sitting areas in the front yard so I would vote for seating in the back. Bravo!
Would it be possible to put the second bedroom upstairs with an en-suite on this design? Then use the second downstairs bedroom as a walk in pantry/utility room.
The exterior has charm. I love the entry with its closet and bench. I'd substitute an entertainment center for the fireplace and a slightly smaller table in the kitchen. I'd then relocate the window and put in a tall pantry cabinet. I'd move the door to the back bedroom closer to the bathroom. That's a big laundry room and the house needs a half bath. Maybe reduce the entry hall by a foot or so to get more space, and then have the access to a powder room there. I'd replace the impractical standalone tub with a built-in one, or with a shower. This may seem to be a long list, but they could all be done as the house is being built. The basic plan is a good one.
Love IT! I'm in love of your use of the wood theme and the various tones of brown, and other accents drawn from nature. Earthy, but classy not rough hewn. Great front end of the home, and love the wooden rafters accent in the living room. It's small, but each room is thoughtfully separated, so each room maintains it's own identity and flavor. Love the kitchen. Sleeping zone is practical, however personally I'd love a few more feet in the back so the zones are a little larger. But great design and no wasted space! The only criticism I would make, is the bathroom needs an outdoor window to let in natural light....an easy fix I'm sure!
I think the design is amazing . Smaller kitchen table . Still have 6 chairs but have 1 on each end so everyone could get in and out there chair so no one has to get up so someone can leave the table like the one in the middle next to the wall . And didn't see a sink maybe and some cabinets in the laundry room . But you have a lot of amazing designs .
Preciosa pero el salón muy pequeño le haría falta otro sofá 🛋️ y otro cuarto de baño la entrada espectacular me encanta el porche aquí en España no las hay con porche gracias por tus vídeos un saludo desde Galicia España
The outside is a beautiful design as the inside. However, you have to have two doors to exit in case of fire, so there should be a back door. I'd also make the home wider, the dining area could expand. Nice layout!
Not a fan of interior laundry rooms - assuming venting under the house, potential fire hazard and if something goes wrong with the washer, an expensive fix. This, and lack of an obvious place to put the hvac/water heater, are pet peeves with most of these designs.
Love the coat and boot bench at the entry of the home, perfect for cold climates!!! A must in European homes!!!
I would love to see an estimate on the homes you share.
This one is very pretty.

Simply and perfect. Well done
I think it's beautiful and perfect for a single person ❤

👍👍👏💯✅😎😍 very well thought out in this design. Has great curb appeal. From the moment you enter the door you're blown away. Great job 🎉

Outstanding design
Inside and out, just superb but I need a half bath & a smaller laundry room. Can it be done?

Yeah, a half bath would be a great addition and there's room in the original plan if trim down the dining room a bit.
Nice comfortable design, quite liveable. There is a burned out lightbulb in the LR chandelier (lol) 😊. No, really there is.
perfect

There is a second exterior door in the kitchen.
@@carolburnett190 I wasn't sure if that was a door back there to the outside or not.
@@JanesDough855 I went back and looked because I want two points of egress as well.
Really….a tiny home and table for 6!! Plus cupboards to high for the average person to reach. The basic design is great though.
Nice designs but... my God do your videos drag on. Even on fast playback they go too slow
