I was thinking the same thing bro, when LOUD gets a big lead they can throw some rounds to make sure SEN won't qualify for playoffs. A possibility for them coz if I was on LOUD I would rather let G2 get to playoffs rather than SEN.

I don't think they will or should play dangerous games like that, if they lose this match somehow they'll be out of playoffs, so throwing rounds and killing their momentum in a map is way too risky, besides, there are currently far scarier teams in Americas, if LOUD are really that scared of the current SEN team, they don't deserve to make it anyways.

besides LOUD being professional and would never do that, they are also running the risk of being eliminated if they don't win the match. So them letting G2 score some points could be crucial for G2 to turn things around and win, eliminating LOUD, this is a very big risk.

What are they even gonna do in playoffs? They are playing bad. They need time off instead of forcing it. And do not compare it to EG. They had a Cinderella run. They were somewhat lucky at some point and overall had a crazy drive to prove everyone wrong.

we don't know. but if MIBR can beat 100T which then allow EG to make playoffs which lead to them winning champs in 2023, anything can happen. maybe the same thing will happen to SEN this year.
So for SEN to make Shanghai, they'll have to play a qualifier for Playoffs that a Bo3 and thats it, whoever loses is out of the running. And then they'll play the top seed of the other group I believe, and then if they win that match they qual for Shanghai, and if they lose they they still have a chance through the lower bracket.
