- -The House of Hamamatsu unveils the third generation of the Hayabusa , a motorcycle that with its performance, its technology and its ability to excite rewrites the rules of the Ultimate Sport category , created by itself in 1999.
- 1340 cc engine with a power of 190 hp and an unparalleled delivery at low and medium revs and a maximum torque of 150 Nm at 7,000 rpm. The top speed is self-limited to 299 km / h.
- The new Hayabusa is equipped with a six-axis inertial platform and the most advanced electronic driver assistance systems. It also has a speed limiter as standard, an absolute novelty for a production bike.
- The Hayabusa is available in two exclusive colors at a price of 19,390 euros. Each model is supplied with the single-seat cover and the carbon look mirror covers.
- The Hayabusa Web Edition , a limited edition with a limited edition of 10 pieces, is making its debut in Italy , bookable only online on the Suzuki web store. Offered at 21,490 euros, this special series boasts an extra equipment that also includes the Akrapovic titanium exhaust.

Agree. More of a moderate update at the most. Let’s see what the testers say after riding. But so far there’s something already out there that does it better, whatever it may be....power....handling etc was expecting something that would blow everything out of the water.....this sounds like it’s going to be struggling just to keep up.

I guess it now has rider aids. I've got a 2008 Busa and I love it. I bought it for 7,600 dollars in 2016 with 8,400 miles on it, the only mod was the zero gravity wind screen. It's fun to ride and it makes the jump to hyper space in second gear. Lol

Ses détracteurs souvent n'en n'ont jamais eu s et très souvent jamais essayé. Je suis fan inconditionnel de la buse.

I was hoping it would at least be closer to the power of the zx14 since the 1st gen busa set stated it all.
Nobody cares about superficial power difference of zx14 just to be able to brag about it. If Suzuki wanted to play dumb “power war” they could have created 1,5000,000cc engine. And then ZX14 would create 1,500,001cc engine just to brag as “Busa killer”. It’s a dumb game Busa doesn’t play like Kawasaki wants to do. Busa doesn’t follow anybody! Busa is perfect as is and doesn’t compete with anyone because it doesn’t have low self esteem to start competing and trying to beat anyone. Relax!!! If your ego wants more horse power then buy Kawi H2R or something else. There are plenty of stronger and faster bikes.
Also kawasaki riders are dumb.

The best thing about new busa is that they didn’t change the engine, only some minor improvements. IMO the power reduction caused by changing fuel cards, I bet this busa will deliver ≈200 hp with 2-nds gen ecu settings

@@vladislavdimitrov4646 - note those cans also have welded in baffles so it’s not straightforward getting Euro5 restrictions out. I had a late ZX14R and agree with you.

Restyled Gen 2 with updated electronics. No matter how much the Suzuki PR people go on about it, not much new here. That being said, I like the look of it. Unfortunately it is $26,000 out the door after taxes etc. up here in Canada. Out of my price range.
