Dude I’m so happy to find your channel again I almost forgot about it I used to use your channel as a guide for builds and doing stealth runs effectively I look forward to using your knowledge again
I think the testament to how good stealth is, at least on this heist, is that pub lobby stealth is actually practical and people don't typically quit the second the alarm goes off because being a stealth build isn't suicide in loud.
There is a lure trap in that cubical area that will draw all the civies to it temporarily. Its a good way to sneak to a computer that's stuck out of sight. "They put some care into crafting the stealth. Oh crap! I alerted the guard by sprinting!" Meanwhile the guard: Guard: "What was that noise?" *walks over to vault* "Huh...this vault door wasn't open a minute ago and it looks like all the money is gone. Oh well, must've been the wind" *walks away from looted vault he's guarding*
i still dont understand why you cant either take the mask off or just do things like hop windows while in civ mode. Small note, they should definitely do dynamic music based on each objective finished in stealth, like adding drums in when objective 1 is done and guitar next, then synthesizer.
That's already a thing? The stealth music has 5 phases now, each one corresponding with different objectives like for example when you open the vault the music changes to a more upbeat version of the stealth track

"I'm gonna take a look at OBS... This has been a 40 minute heist! Nobody is even gonna watch it." The finer details can be golden, but yes, ever since Shorts has been introduced, I've seen others, aswell as myself, tune out for hours just browsing shorts. So with regards to the room of civies, to my understanding the guards start patrolling *inside* of that room after they get sent into "searching" mode. Due to this there is no safe spot inside of that room, so what I've resorted to doing is moving all of the civies into the locked room across the hall, whether its a bathroom, the security room, or the power room you can shove the civies in there and not worry about detection. To be more precise I first grab them as quickly as possible and drop the civies where you put them in order to avoid the roof guard. After that I move them one by one into the closeby locked room and that guarantees that the guards won't see them
that attention span detail at the 38 minute mark yea. I think a good solution would be blooper/fail montage of where everything went wrong. one long successful run video/ and the supplemental montage of 5-10 minutes just with stuff like at the last 10 seconds of the vid. but i really enjoy stealth videos and happy to see more payday content from way back in 2016[right as he typed the "OH I WATCH YOU GEN" part lol]]. I think you did the heist pretty well, seeing the game is still so new, everyone is going to be pretty clunky. surprised that the desk area is so cramped, it feels like stealth for that part of the map wasn't thought out that well, unless there is some way to remotely hack computers somehow with a perk or skill, then I don't see what option you would have other than to bang bang. I've seen M0rtimer play, and it was actually pretty similar, just better computer placement for his run. not much you could have controlled. (But following both you and him for a while, I am sure he probably reset a lot, before he got the right placements.) Great video, great heist, really promising for the future.

31:39 talking about how the stealth is nuanced and choices matter gets interrupted by a guard hearing him in the vault and seeing the vault wide open but the guard doesnt care
Nice video man, dont doubt your content. Its interesting to see someone else’s technique and perspective on a mission. Doesn’t always matter who’s the fastest
I'm actually impressed how they made the cubicle area in this mission almost as hard as the Big Bank one. Atleast here its not complete RNG fest if you're doing it solo.
omg i have been looking forward to watching you do solo stealth videos on this, i really liked watch you do the solo stealth on payday 2, i look forward to seeing more of this
If there is one good thing I can say about Payday 3 it is that it is nice that there are now infinite hand ties that come off if you decide to forcibly hold and move a hostage after tieing them up, because the process apparently removes any ties you put on them. Probably because no amount of testing with limited ties couldn't survive the severe glut of civilians each level has now and the hostage taking mechanic. However, what I don't like is the fact that to properly unlock each skill for each profile, you need to put a point into every tree. It seems extra grindy for no reason if you're already getting up in levels to then, need to waste time earning training points into a tree to then plink a skill point away on the choicest bits of that line - but I guess its better than the alternative of going back to sacrificial point waste before you get the better skills.
I love how Payday 3 is turning out, but maaaan the dye packs after you spend all that time going through the stealth option feels punishing, I feel like it’s better to go loud and do things that way because it’s the same result, just more fun and faster.
You are giving us exactly the content we want. We don't want to watch one of the millions of crappy highly edited videos skipping all of the nuance. We want the full heist. If its 40 minutes its 40 minutes. If its 2 hours then its 2 hours. Doesn't matter.
I see you've attempted this more than once as you already knew about the roof guards being able to spot the civs at the PC that you have to hack. You can actually access both PCs without being spotted though and I personally tend to not kill them anyways as moving bodies is god-awful compared to moving alive civs and simply tieing them up but you do you. :D The right PC is a bit annoying though (the one you got) but if you move around correctly and you get relatively close to the PC, you can hack it without being detected. The other PC you can just hop over the cupboard which is simple. There's also an alternative variant by abusing the executive officer and have him follow you (instead of transporting him as a meat-shield) to the stairs. This will trigger the civs in that room to take notice, get up and slowly leave the bank (they follow behind you through the staircase so you gotta be somewhat quick through the staircase, otherwise the civs will detect you there). Another thing I noticed, you can ping/shout/mark at the hacked monitor that shows you which colored lever to pull and it will popup in chat for everyone to see. Makes it easier to remember as you can just popup the chat in case you forgot about it. The disabled-cams glitch the others already mentioned but I assume you wanted this run to be somewhat glitchless and hence also didn't do the maskless glitch either. Good run nontheless. :)
I found solo stealth here was easier without putting the mask on - you can see the potential digits of the vault code by looking at the keypard then just guess. Wild they let you walk out the front door with dufflebags though
@tatu5539 You don't actually need the manager! You can go through the front door / up the alley stairs to cut the power (I took the red keycard from the guard's waist). If you look closly at the vault keypad you can see fingerprints indicating potential numbers. With 4 possible digits you've only got 30 or so unique combinations. (and you might get lucky before then). from there you can just walk out (minding the cameras in the trespass areas) with all the money. the benefit is that civilians do not alert if you don't have a mask on, even in restricted areas. this makes sneaking around a lot easier.

"Pardon me."
Always be polite even when phasing through walls. 👌 👍
The percentage objective is because all bags don't have the same value. I noticed earlier that the dyed money bags are worth less in percentage
I always watch your stealth videos cause i cant be assed to be patient and learn how to stealth so these vids are a godsend o7
Enjoyed the whole video mate, cant wait until I can play it for myself.
I love how Payday 3 is turning out, but maaaan the dye packs after you spend all that time going through the stealth option feels punishing, I feel like it’s better to go loud and do things that way because it’s the same result, just more fun and faster.
the goat is back
long time no see. the algorithm gave you back.
Amazing to see the general back in action ❤
You are giving us exactly the content we want. We don't want to watch one of the millions of crappy highly edited videos skipping all of the nuance. We want the full heist. If its 40 minutes its 40 minutes. If its 2 hours then its 2 hours. Doesn't matter.
You had Angels watching over you on that stair guard pinsar segment 😇😇
But really good video! ☄️🔥

🤓🤓
You got the yakuza 0 substory sound as your message tone? Based.
Nice video!! Watched the whole thing.
I think the best part of the video was Gen moving the bags and the bots just going back and foward back and foward 😂
Don't listen to the haters. I couldn't even do a solo stealth lol. Love seeing it
I see you've attempted this more than once as you already knew about the roof guards being able to spot the civs at the PC that you have to hack. You can actually access both PCs without being spotted though and I personally tend to not kill them anyways as moving bodies is god-awful compared to moving alive civs and simply tieing them up but you do you. :D
The right PC is a bit annoying though (the one you got) but if you move around correctly and you get relatively close to the PC, you can hack it without being detected.
nice work man, whenever ive been solo or had some bots near I just throw the money on them to carry and pick it up in a better spot
Enjoyed the vid! Always watch long videos on like 2x speed so always watch the whole video
Looking forward to some more Payday 3 content
it makes me happy watching how YOU stealth each mission
I found solo stealth here was easier without putting the mask on - you can see the potential digits of the vault code by looking at the keypard then just guess. Wild they let you walk out the front door with dufflebags though
How did you get the manager to the vault without putting the mask on?
@tatu5539 You don't actually need the manager! You can go through the front door / up the alley stairs to cut the power (I took the red keycard from the guard's waist).
If you look closly at the vault keypad you can see fingerprints indicating potential numbers. With 4 possible digits you've only got 30 or so unique combinations. (and you might get lucky before then).
from there you can just walk out (minding the cameras in the trespass areas) with all the money.
the benefit is that civilians do not alert if you don't have a mask on, even in restricted areas. this makes sneaking around a lot easier.
I feel like its been 3 years since ive heard general mc badass
dont let the hate take over u are the best u got me into payday 2
