I still do see the need for lobbying. What should be banned is closed door lobbying and campaign donations and gifts from lobbyists. CSPAN Should record all lobbyist meetings with politicians and make them publicly available. Any policy that should ever come out from the lobbying efforts should be based on only what's recorded in those publicly available meetings.
