I can also see Lexi helping out B.A.C.A, bikers against child abuse. They make children testifying against abusers feel safe by coming to court with them, even sleeping over at their house (on their lawn). The kids also get a denim vest with their name and patch made by the bikers.
That's awesome
Thanks for specifying on the lawn, this went from cool to concerning to cool again.
I love that
Yup! It's kinda hard to try Intimidating the kid on the Witness Stand Testifying against you when there are 2 VERY large, tattooed, heavily muscled and Psychotic looking men standing on either side of the Witness Stand (with the Judge's Permission) glaring at you...
ESPECIALLY when those 2 men have a LOT of equally Psychotic looking friends in the spectator seats behind you also glaring at you...
I've heard that there is at least one group of these men that have one of their bikes modified with a sidecar so they can give the Kid a ride to the Courthouse...the entire group rides their bikes in one giant pack with the sidecar bike smack dab in the center...good luck getting thorough the outer bikers to get to the kid as they are completely willing to kill ANYTHING that tries to hurt the kid(s) under their protection (I believe one of their group drives the Parent's/Guardians in a normal car/minivan directly behind the pack so they can see the kid is safe)...

Rules for stealing:
- Don't steal from independent or mom & pop type places. Only steal from big chains.
- If you saw someone stealing essentials like formula/diapers, fruit/veggies, etc., no you didn't.
- If you have to steal, don't repeatedly go to the same location.
The second one is especially true, it's so sad that people have to do that tho
Bonus points for stealing from stores that treat their employees like crap, like Walmart.
If you see someone stealing the Essentials...YES YOU DID!!!
You help buy more of them for that person instead of calling Manglement or the Police!
(Or if you're REALLY good at it, you steal more for them)...

@@rustythecrown9317 Rule of thumb if you can, give it to them in person so they place it in a pocket and make sure to tell them it's not a tip but a gift for their service this way it can't be taken by their manager to be split between workers (Note: Anyone working in food or tip service make sure to look up your local and national laws on it as in most places it's illegal to take tips from you.)

Taxation isn't theft. It's what you pay to live in civilization. If someone really thinks it's theft, they should move to Somalia or a place without a functioning government.
In Japan, at least in the 90s, if the store worker had to leave, they would leave cash in a tray. You would put your money in another tray, make yourself change and leave. If I could tear off an identifying piece of packaging, I'd leave that in the tray too, so they know what was purchased.
Yeah well Japan has places for umbrellas that you can borrow and people actually put them back, the honor system is real y'all
@@tin08290 yes, I saw those too in shopping districts. I really loved how safe I felt as a single female backpacking across the mainland. I felt really, really safe at almost all times.

3:17 they arrested him for breaking and entering, not for theft. He apparently broke a panel on the door to gain access to the store. Damage costs were quoted at $800 and there was a Walgreens just north of the store that also sold cigarettes and was open 24hrs so he could have just gone there instead.
okay that’s fair
Which does not imply that breaking into a store to get cigarettes would have been justified if there were nowhere else to get them. Maybe to get water if you were dying of thirst, or bread to feed your starving family, but not cigarettes.
@@wizardsuth Withdrawal can get you really sick, so it's understandable if you all of a sudden lose your source of it. But if there was a Walgreens nearby, then yeah no.
5:30
Just a heads up, cigarette butts take years to break down, maybe pulling them a part can speed up the process but they are a genuine problem for littering even if they are only small. Not to mention the toxins they're going to contain due to the fact they are used to ingest literal poison. I don't mind others smoking but the vast majority of public bins where I live have tops that allow you to put cigarettes out and properly dispose of them, and its not like bins are a *rare* occurrence here either so I see no reason why people toss them onto the path other than sheer laziness.
Should also add I live with two smokers and I can't go into the backyard without getting butts stuck in my shoe soles because they just toss them out there. Its genuinely unpleasant to go into the yard now and they refuse to change their behaviour.
Besides, it just...doesn't have a good look to it, I live in a place where cigarette littering is relatively common and it's probably the second least attractive part about this place right below the excessive use of factories
It's the filters that cause the cigarette butts to not decay. Funnily enough, those filters actually cause more health problems, because they use the same chemicals as rat poisons and other toxins used for poisoning rodents or in some cases people. It's legitimately safer to just buy a pipe and tabaco and a pack of pipe filters if you wanna spoke.
you are right. It's pig ignorant laziness.
On top of being carcinogenic I'm pretty sure the filters are plastic, hence why they take ages to break down. Cigarettes just suck in general.
I have so many reasons why I just hate smokers. Sure, not all of them are bad, but way too many are just assholes about it. Including smoking where they are not allowed. As an asthmatic, it is very annoying.
Cigarette butts are incredibly dangerous to animals, so I completely agree with that neighbor. Chances are they had brought it up with him before if multiple neighbors spoke about it before they made that decision.
And after all, they're just returning his property to him. He should be grateful.
yup. and unsupervised children could try to eat them and get sick too
Plus many filters in them are plastic... I don't understand the current obsession with plastic in something you breathe in.
My sister was playing Fortnite. Randomly joined up in a squad with a guy and they started talking about life for some reason. She mentioned about how her ex-husband tried to take her daughter and leave back before he left. She told him everything she knew about him and what state she believed he lived in at the moment. Guy was like hey I know x biker gang because my brother is in a biker gang. One thing led to another and then 5 days later she gets a video of a biker gang confronting her ex-husband and beating the ever-loving shit out of him in front of a bar.
That's chaotic very good. However I can see this going horribly wrong.

She had her coat drapped over the basket and was tucking a few under the coat. Look if grandma needs to steal some clearanced food, I'm not saying anything. Especially cause it's Walmart.
Exactly. Always steal from big stores.
Agreed, even in training videos it says all we can do is ask if they need help, if you say 'no, im good there's nothing more we can do unless we get a manager involved, most will not.
You're wrong on two points here: 1, The man was arrested because he broke into a private building. And 2, if you see someone stealing food, diapers, baby formula, medicine, or any other NECESSARY ITEMS, no you didn't.
I think what she means is that if he didn't cause any damage to the building, paid the actual price for the items, and left without taking anything else, it feels a bit like the arrest ultimately costs everyone (including the shop owner!) more than the 'crime' did.
Lexi may be applying the logic that comes from growing up in the rural or even semi-rural areas, where many shops will leave the shop door open and either record the shop or just... rely on neighbors, but basically ran on an honor system. You get what you need, put the money in a box or on the counter, and leave.
So looking at that case from the perspective of someone who saw stuff like that, it does feel like a waste sometimes for crimes like that.

6:05 there also a biker gang named B.A.C.A (bikers against child abuse) that goes to the child who's getting abused house and stays with him/her through the night and protects them and goes to court with them
You left out that they make the children honorary gang members! They get a vest/jacket with patches, pins, symbols, the whole thing! They often do activities with the children, as well.
They also usually stay in touch with the children, and will often come back out to keep a vigil if the child calls them because they're scared that their abuser will somehow get to them; whether during the initial process, while the abuser is in jail, or even if the abuser gets out.
As for going to court with them? They don't just go with them to the court room- whenever it is possible, they show up in a group, not just individual members. Why? So they can form a wall between the victim(s) and the abuser so the child doesn'thave to see their abuser if they don't want to, _and so the child doesn't have to worry about their abuser seeing them_ during the hearing when possible. If they can't, they will still form a wall or guard atound the child as they enter and leave the courtroom, just so the child has the autonomy of whether or not they have to see OR _be seen_ by their abuser.
The group itself also works as a form of reintegration for the gang members, who are often people who were just released from jail.
They have one real, major rule to be considered for membership: _No abuse charges,_ including sexual assault or harassment, or animal abuse charges. Getting into barfights, theft, etc? As long as you can prove you are trying to stay clean, they'll usually let you join in some capacity.
I love both of those biker gangs. They are doing good and are breaking stereotypes. Total win-win.
@@sylverscale well the strong must protect the meek
So that Jackass movie with the grandpa was true about that?
@@tin08290 I think saying the strong should protect the vulnerable is the better phrasing- both weak and meek seem to (in modern society at least) carry the implication that the protected party "not standing up for themself" is the result of a personal flaw.
Far more often, the 'strong' is someone who has advantages the protected party simply doesn't have- which can absolutely include 'scary privilege' as in the case of bikers.

Getting really tired of the mentality at 4:30 where it's "Good" to steal from a retail store, even it's a super corporations like walmart.
What happens when you steal from the store is that the higher ups eat the cost with insurance, they will see that the store has lost a certain amount of money and then they take the hours of the employees to make up for the loss even if they do get all the money back.
All stealing from the store does is hurt the people who work there (probably at minimum wage too) by reducing the amount of hours they get to work.

The cigarette flicking thing isn't just literring, it's a fire hazard. Imagine if some lowlife flicked a lit cigarette bud into some neighbor's bush and the whole neighborhood catches on fire
In case no one has mentioned it, while cigarettes disintegrate well sometimes, the big problem with littering them is they are toxic to many animals and plants, which means a significant amount of littering of cigarette butts in an area is harmful to the environment ^^
This can be true of a lot of man-made products, same reason why you don't want to dump fertilizers, in high quantites they can cause algal blooms in waterways that remove oxygen from the water and strangle life in the water.
In the last case I see a few possibilities. The first is that he explained his dilemma to a sympathetic prison officer or cop or ex-cop and they helped him get the effect he wanted. The second possibility is that the officers didn't want the old man to find bodies with no warning, as a guy who was warned not to move them is less likely to do something unpredictable to ruin evidence than someone in a panic who happened to find bodies. The third option is that there is a law against stopping letters even if they are allowed to read them so long as there is nothing illegal about the content of the letter in question. I know such a law exists in a number of countries

*they then ask who that is*
Chaotic good is the most fun alignment.
The last story is so wholesome
It's a joke that has been around since at least the 1970's . I heard a similar story in BBC sitcom Porridge which was written in the 1970's but it must've happened to someone at some point . Still a funny story though .
You got the information my man
@@Green_Lightning Thanks .
At 6:22 this was one of the most hilarious things to happen to the Ohio employment system. My father (a pharmacist) had seen several co-workers of his on the brink of losing their job be saved because their boss couldn't do ANYTHING about it:3
Thank you Emkay for always starting my day with laughs and jokes 😁
2:57 its most likely he didn't show his age, i work at a small supermarket and im supposed to ask for an id to check if they are 21 when people buy cigarettes but usualy they either look ancient or are frequently there so we just don't care. But in this case the police most likely did care. Also you shouldn't break into anything.
I hurt my ankle last night and had to stay home from school and this video makes me feel better thank you
please tell me the guy that PAID FOR CIGARETS was let go. what a waste of tax payer dollars.
0:39 the teacher should have pointed out they were worried about kids licking the paint, but the class disturbance point seems redundant
ikr , has there ever been a class of small kids that's not got a disturbance issue at sometime or another?. teacher trying to flex.
I have heard of stories of inmates sending letters with incriminating evidence and what they do is make a copy and let it go because whoever they're writing the letter to is probably an accomplice and they want to see how they react
10:20 bullys save lives some times-
...other time it's way they end...
The teacher probably thought it was nice, but the fact it was banned was probably more the parents of the children who didn't get a painted banana complaining to the teacher
8:50 “I’m getting upset, Jeremy!”
Every time I see this my day gets better.
something funny about the bunbury fish post is that bunbury is _directly_ next to the ocean. Now imagine you're a fish, living your life in the ocean and some *[ Expletive ]* grabs you and tapes you to an ATM.
7:20 safe?! Uhh 😬 yeah no… oh no…..
9:10 how is that beautiful? I think it’s unplugged that she gave her wrong directions. I would rather see what would happen if they made up.
10:30 how Dafuq is he right?
As a software engineer, I’m afraid of any language that isn’t basic left to right… :(
5:50 not a big biker but I am a tall-ish goth girl and often told I’m intimidating, but last my mom and I took in two pups that we found on the side of road they weren’t in a good household you could tell just by looking at them.we got them Micro chipped and all of the shots that they needed, I know it’s not the same but I’m proud of myself for that story :]
