I don't have any tolerance for this type of business even with apologies, cupons, price reductions and personal emails from leadership. There are other handbag companies that already understood the importance of service excellence

I have ordered from them and returned bags. No issues. Customer Service responds within 24 hrs. Overall great experience. (No, I dont have any collaboration with them. Just like their bags.) 😊 Only time I had to email them twice was before Christmas. They were apologetic for not responding in a timely manner. Overall great company Good quality products Hope this helps

That’s crazy! I hate when companies don't have a customer service number to get a live person. It sounds like they need a complete customer service and shipping process overhaul. Sorry that happened to you. So frustrating.
I was thinking the same thing - a phone number or even online chat option would have made things so much easier. Hopefully they’ll make some changes so more customers don’t have to go through the same thing.

So I thought I’d subscribe to the newsletter so I could purchase the bag with a first order discount code. But for some very odd reason I didn’t get the email with the code. Hence I emailed them about it but never got any response - been 10 days. The colour I wanted even went on discount. Anyway the point is, if I couldn’t even get a response to such a simple query…so I decided then not to purchase the bag anymore. Then I come across your video which further substantiate my decision. What a shame… the bag looks really stylish and functional. Oh well, their loss.
I’m so sorry to hear that! Did that happen recently? I had very high hopes based on their response that the customer service would improve. It’s very frustrating to follow the contact instructions that the company provides and not get a response. 😔
It is good they did that but I feel like they went to that length because of how quickly things can spiral and impact sales. I hope they do work to improve.

It is such a gorgeous bag but at that price point for vegan leather, I want to be sure it is not going to chip or wear a ton at the edges or other pressure points. Happy early Mother’s Day! 💐 It’s the same type of leather on my laptop case and there’s no chips or peeling so far. However, the laptop case is fairly rigid and most of the leather doesn’t move much, if that makes sense. Around the corners of the flap there’s some wrinkling of the leather, but it isn’t very noticeable. Hope that helps! ❤️
Bad customer Service always really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. And it’s especially shameful When the only time the company will give you attention is when you whistle blow them.😢
Yeah, it was very frustrating. I hated going to the lengths of calling them out, and it’s sad that that’s what it takes sometimes to get proper customer service. Thanks for watching ❤️

Have you tried attaching the strap and the threading it through the handle? It might help prevent it from tilting and take pressure off the rings.
