    Beutiful, love the silver/black combination! Much better in vid than pictures. Thanks for sharing. 👍
    I only wished Hope makes spindles in 24mm and steel.

    Hey there! Thanks for the video. I never saw the additional video you promised, or is it hidden somehow? Anyways, this is a 68mm width on frame? did you already have the BB installed or did you need to swap for the larger diameter? Any spacers required on that crankset? It can be sneaky what the specs are when you buy, so the spindle length is it 127.5mm?

    I like your colour selection ( black cranks and silver chainring).

    What the benefit of this vs the spider version? Is it just weight?

    Did yours come with the axle unattached to the crank arm ?
    Mine did and had to buy the specific tool to install the axle separately. None of the local shops have them here in Sydney :-(

      No it came as you see it in the video.
      Did you buy the older non evo version as I know it has a weird expanding spline type system for the axel.
      Saying that, they supplied the tools in box to enable you to fit the cranks I’m sure.

    This is a weird question, but I use a Feedback Sports Scorpion stand that goes through the NDS crank arm/spindle. Can you tell me what the size of the opening is on the NDS (left) crank arm? Hopefully you have some digital calipers! Thanks in advance, and thanks for the great video.

      It’s not very big. It’s hex both side for either a 10 or 12mm Allen key so much smaller than the usual.

    Do you know if in the version the spider integrated with the crankset or can it be detached? Many thanks

    • @MozOnBikes
      @MozOnBikes  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m not 100% sure but I think it’s detachable as you can buy a 4 bolt spider separately.

    It really seems like its a good product. No visit url or scan QR code to see manual shit, everything is included in the box.
    I dont know yet if I like the design, would have been nice to see it on your bike.

      Hey, will do a update about them and the rest of the bike they are on (Cotic BFe) in the summer. To be fair they have been a fit and forget item so far so I don’t have anything to complain about.

    Can you install it on a boost bike (trek procaliber 9.6) with pressfit 92?

      Ah no worries, just made me chuckle a little, seems like your in a bit of a dilemma trying to decide to get the hope chainset or not. I did see a ATB/gravel bike dream build video last night that mixed hope and sram with success. Maybe asking them might help you?!?

      Not sure dude, the 11 and 12 speed shimano chainrings look identical to me but the 12 must be thinner.

    I ride a SS bike and I ruined several BB"s because of the way I ride standing up mashing a higher gear like I do.. The answer to that was a billet Hope BB and a set of Evo cranks. I have been running them for a couple years and they don't even creak.. at all. Quality set of cranks..

    This Chainrings work with Sram ? Or its only Shimano

    • @MozOnBikes
      @MozOnBikes  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hmm not quite sure on your specific question. This version of the chain ring is designed for the Hope cranks only.
      Are you asking it it works with sram or shimano chains?

      @@MozOnBikes Bro i have Sram XX1 12 speed axs . I want to buy Hope Crankset but on youtube Hope chainrings only work with shimano chain . So what should i do ?

    • @MozOnBikes
      @MozOnBikes  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ahh I thought it would be something to do with chains, 12 speed chains are weird and a pain in the arse as they are all a little bit different.
      The bad news is officially it only work with the Shimano 12 speed chains…Buuuut I ran it with an 11 speed sram chain for quite a few weeks with no issues. I think I’d I remember right by the rollers of the chain on the 12 speed sram are 0.1mm larger than “standard”
      Whereas the shimano 12 speed has some odd chamfers on the internal sides of the chain plates making shimano the bigger pain in the arse out of the 2.
      I would be 80% confident that it’ll run perfectly fine with the sram 12 eagle chain and go for it.
