Jess is one of my role models as well and I think the lady next to her on the panel that does finance for Aston Martin kinda hated on Jess for being a stunt driver and today is to celebrate all women and their achievements and not to bash other women for what they have or trying to achieve.

I went back to November 18th in the videos and don't see an "International Men's Day" and an extra event with a video for it! Stop portraying someone more than the other, men and women are equal and everyone should finally understand that! Everyone is worth the same and those who still haven't figured that out in 2023 should think about their actions, including Aston Martin!

@@LightBranches the difference in salary between men and women have reasons understandable even for a chimpanzee, men generally work more than women, spend more time in their professions doing extra work than women, they also take fewer days off and choose different careers. But a female nurse who works 4 hours a day does not earn less than a male nurse who works the same hours as her. It is impossible to pay women less for doing the exact same job, it would be illegal and discriminatory, every company that did that would have to deal with legal repercussions. Do women want to earn the same as men? It's easy, work hard, be humble and respectful and leave the victimhood at home and shut your mouth. There are men digging ditches until their hands bleed at 40° under the sun and they earn much less than women and still don't hear them complain.
