Hello Josie! That little book that you wrote on gratitude is truly an amazing inspiring book. It’s so practical. And doing gratitude with a four-year-old feels so special. Thank you for this video and for your book and for your vulnerability. It’s a wonderful practice to get children involved with especially around family time together. I’m sure that your son will truly be a light in this world after learning such a practice. Of course most children are light beings anyway. Maybe you can do another 30 day gratitude practice with Lucas as a teenager and Davis,(formerly baby Davis), then……. tadah, you have material for another gratitude book! And of course, I’m so grateful for your book which I have listened to at least 15 times on Audible! 🐬🌈❤🌲🌙

Thank you for sharing your personal stories, it's so much more effective than if you were some happy go lucky person from birth (nothing against such people of course, but most of us can't relate to that!!) How wonderful that you found your mom's gratitude journals after she died!!! .....I had to laugh when you said "get out your magnifying glass", b/c I was literally looking at something with a magnifying glass at that moment!! 🤣

Thanks so much for sharing your kind comment, I really appreciate it. Also, I love that you were looking at a magnifying glass at that exact moment, too funny!😂
